Despite losing his hearing at a young age, he has not lost faith in the world. Instead, it has made him more resilient in the process of growth, leading to the creation of many classic character works. As revealed in his social media pages, Zhiyu's art is mostly inspired by his daily life, and the lens through which he interprets the world as someone who cannot hear.
