And what better place than a school, can there be \nto feel the essence and embrace the thought \u2018one earth, one family\u2019. \nAt the NGP, we understand, the universe and the world have been \ncreated with diversity as an integral and a natural phenomenon. \nNGP students also understand that diversity and co-existence are \nintrinsic to this universe. \n Why the theme \nVasudhaiva Kutumbakkam ? \nAnnual Report 2023 01 \n \u2018Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam\u2019","CO-SCHOLASTIC ACHIEVEMENTS \nAnnual Report 2023 02 \nIn the month of May 23, a few of our \nstudents participated in the \nInternational \nonline event TED Ed connect week \non \nclimate action. \nTheir \ndiscussions \nrevolved \naround \nidentifying climate change issues in their \ncommunities and drawing action plans. \nThe action plans submitted by our \nstudents are available at the \nTEDs official \npage. \n Truly elated to see our students on \nsuch international platforms. \nOur students \nShruthika and Preetthika of \nclass 8 and Deekshita \nof class 9 made it to \nthe \ntop 25 \n of the sustainability accelerator \nprogram among over \n3000 participants \nfrom across the nation. \nPreetthika\u2019s \nproject \nwas \non \n\u201cQuality \neducation\u201d, \nShruthika\u2019s on \n\u201cWater goals for a better \nworld\u201d \nDeekshita\u2019s on \n\u201cGender equality\u201d \n. \nSustainability Accelerators: May to August 2023 \nTED Ed Connect Week \nThey participated in extensive sustainability related activities, during their 4 day \ninternship at Bangalore in November this year. This event was \norganised by CBSE \n in \nassociation with \n1M1B :1MILLION FOR 1 BILLION \n and \nAditya birla retail fashion ltd.","Annual Report 2023 03 \nScience for a stabler Earth! Among 25 participants from the school, \nKevin Gerard of Grade 6 B topped the list with 78 %. \nKAMP -KNOWLEDGE & AWARENESS MAPPING \nPLATFORM (KAMP) - is an assessment at the school \nlevel and is being conducted nationwide. \nThis exam was conducted on December \n12th,2023 for participants across grades 7 - \n12. It \ngave the students a platform to bond and engage in lighter moments of fun \nwith their grandparents. \nWORK EDUCATION- OCTOBER 2023 \nIn October, keeping in line with our SDG goal, responsible consumption and \nproduction, the work education session engaged students of \nclass 4 and 5 \n in \nthe making of a \nwater overflow sensor with alarm \n, and students of \n class 6 and \n7 \nin the making of a \n Rag Rug door mat with used fabric.","GANIT VIGYAN - NOVEMBER 2023 \nAnnual Report 2023 19 \nThe Ganit Vigyan exhibition that was held in November saw an \noverwhelming response this year. Over \n 200 students exhibited \ntheir \nprojects. It was good to see students involve in critical thinking and \napplication based activities. What made this event even more worth \nmentioning is the fact that, this was entirely a \nstudent driven event \nwith the mentors and the judges \nall being from the science stream of \nclass 11.","Annual Report 2023 20 \nThe KG Project day held in December was a remarkable feat. It was a \nmarvel to watch the students of Kindergarten showcase their learning \nwith such grace and ease. \nSCHOOL CINEMA - NOVEMBER 2023 \nThe school cinema program was an activity of fun, entertainment, and \nself reflections.
