Customer's Rebranding Letter BROGAN

August 31st, 2022 Subject: Announcement Regarding Rebranding To whom it may concern, As a valued customer, we are pleased to announce that on September 15th, 2022, our name, logo, and email domain will be changing as part of our rebranding strategy. We will continue to be wholly owned by Guillevin International Co. and this change will not impact our day-to-day operations. In 2019, Brogan Safety Supplies was acquired by Guillevin International and continued to operate under the Brogan Safety Supplies brand along side the Fire, Safety & Industrial division of Guillevin International. 2022 marks an exciting new chapter for Guillevin International's safety division as these two entities come together under the new name Brogan Fire & Safety. With the unification of the brands, this will further solidify our unity and dedication to the fire and safety industries. Please share this communication within your organization and feel free to contact us with any questions regarding the transition in process. Leadership Team and Corporate Address – No change. Commercial/Brand Name – Brogan Fire & Safety Legal Name – Guillevin International Co./Cie. Business and Tax Registration Numbers – No change. Remit Payments and Credit Offices – No change. Checks made out to Brogan Fire & Safety, Brogan Safety Supplies, and Guillevin International Co. will all continue to be accepted. Payments will continue to be made at your appointed credit office. Sales Orders, Invoices, and Statements – These will look different as we transition to a new ERP in early 2023. Until then, there may be some correspondence with the traditional Guillevin logo, but all will specify the Brogan Fire & Safety name. Please be diligent in reviewing these to ensure your payments correspond with your invoice. Purchase Orders – To be made out to Brogan Fire & Safety starting September 15th, 2022. Email Address Domain – All outgoing email correspondence will change over to @brogansafety.com but the existing contact’s addresses will remain active for some time. Websites and Ecommerce – Customers who currently use the Guillevin website for online orders, this will not change until our new site is up and running in early 2023.
