PORRIDGE Ingredients:  Water  Rice  Salt  Milk  Sugar First, you light the stove and put the pot on it. Then, you add some rice and salt. Next mix it. After that, put it in a bowl. Finally put the sugar and the milk. By chef Issa Diallo

FASS BREAD Ingredients:  4 slices of bread ()  1 bottle of milk (small size)  1 sachet of powdered milk (½ kg)  6 sachets of vanilla sugar  1 small bottle of orange blossom  ½ a litter of oil. First you pour both types of milk in a bowl. Then you mix them with the sachets of vanilla sugar and you add the orange blossom. Next dip each of the 4 slices of bread in the mixture. After that you fry it in the hot pan for five minutes and turn them once. Finally serve your slices of bread and you enjoy your fass bread. Ummmm Delicious. By chef Siny Ndoye

OMELET WITH FRIES Ingredients: (for one person)  2 Eggs  Pepper  2 onions  Cube Broth  Potatoes  Oil First break the eggs in a bowl. Then cut the onions and potatoes. Put the pepper, the broth and onions in a bowl and mix with the eggs. After that fry the potatoes first and the mixture in a pan with the oil for 5 minutes. Finally take the fries and the omelet and put them in a plate. You can eat it with your special bread and enjoy it. By chef Ramata Aw

NIAM NIAM Ingredients: (for one person)  Hot pepper  Salt  Sugar  “Made” (exotic fruit from Senegal) First, cut the “made” in two parts. Then, you put the “made” in a bowl. After that, you add hot pepper, salt and sugar in it and you mix them for 5 seconds. Finally you put it in the outer cover of the “made” and enjoy it with a spoon. It’s really delicious. ORDINARY MEAT SALAD Ingredients: (for five people)  1 kilo of onion and beef  2 tomatoes  1 cucumber and mayonnaise  1 carrot and knave, Chinese parsley  2 bell pepper and spices, mustard, vinegar  Lettuce  1 kg of potatoes and 2 sweet potatoes First, you peel the vegetables, potatoes and sweet potatoes, carrots, knave and cucumber and onions. Then wash them and the meat. Next, you pour the spices and onions. Make a marinade with the mustard and vinegar and spices. After that, you take a frying pan and put the oil to fry the potatoes and the sweet potatoes after that the meat for 5 minutes. Add the marinade with the onion onto the meat and cook for 10 minutes. MY FAVORITE OMELET Ingredients:  Half a litter of oil  1 sachet of pepper  1 sachet of broth  4 eggs  ½ an onion First, put your cooking pot on the stove. Then, put your oil in the pot, some onions, pepper and broth. Break your eggs and put the mixture in your bowl. Next, put your eggs in the pot and wait for 5 minutes. FISH GRILL Ingredients: (for three people)  1 onion  1 sachet of broth  Some mustard  Some salt  1 big fish  Some vinegar  2 lemons First, you clean the fish and cut it in stripes. Then, peel the onions. Then, you mix the onion with mustard, salt, vinegar and broth. Next, you lay the fish on the grill and you grill it. After that, if the first side is cooked you turn the other side. Finally, you put it on a plate and put some mayonnaise and you squeeze some lemon. By chef Omar Fall

OMELET WITH BREAD Ingredients: (for one people)  2 eggs  ½ cl of oil  Some onions  Some spices  Slices of bread First, break the eggs carefully. Then, beat the eggs in a bowls. Next, add the onions, spices and broth into the egg mixture. And pour the oil into a pan. Put it on the stove and light it. After that, pour the egg mixture into the frying pan and wait for 15 minutes. Finally, open your bread and put the omelet in it. Enjoy your omelet with bread. By chef Seynabou Ndoye Sylla

DELICIOUS CAKE Ingredients:  3 eggs  1/5 kg of sugar  1 kg of dough  A bottle of milk  Orange blossom  1 sachet of baking soda First, break the eggs in a bowl and add the sugar and baking soda. Next, mix the eggs and the sugar until you have a white color. Then, take the dough, put it in the first mixture and pour the bottle of milk in the mixture and mix again. Add two lids or orange blossom and mix everything together. After that, put the mixture in the molds and put them in the oven for 25 minutes. Take the cake out and enjoy it. Hummm it’s good. FISH GRILL Ingredients:  Fish  1 bell pepper  1 cube or sachet of broth  Green onion  Chinese parsley  Hot pepper  1 lemon  1 kg of onion  Salt  Mustard  Vinegar  Oil First, you scale the fish and wash the bell pepper, green onion, Chinese parley, and the onions. Cut the onion and you pour the hot pepper and all the ingredients. Then, you marinate the fish with the ingredients, squeeze the lemon, and add some salt, mustard, vinegar and the broth for 3 minutes. After that, put the fish on the grill and cook between 5 to 10 minutes, turning them from time to time. After, you fry the onions. Finally, take the fish from the grill; you put the fish, the fried onions on the plate and you enjoy your grilled fish. HOOoooo it’s very delicious. By chef Awa Gueye
