The UWM team 2018-19 The 2018-19 United Way Mumbai team The United Way Mumbai team is made up of a dynamic group of people with varied expertise and experience in the sector. This includes social workers, educationists, medical practitioners, environmentalists and individuals with expertise in programme design, implementation, grant management, donor relations, operations, strategy, finance and communications. Our culture reflects the broader collaborative spirit of United Way that focuses on creating innovative solutions to address the most complex challenges of our time. We believe that our on-field experience gives us the biggest advantage, enabling us to gain firsthand knowledge of the development sector. Our team undergoes regular training to enable us to keep up to date with the best practices in the sector. The diversity in our backgrounds helps us bring fresh perspectives to the work we do.
