STEP 1 GETTING STARTED Type the URL: User will type the DST URL. URL : http://online-inspire.gov.in/ Access the FACULTY module To access FACULTY module, go to the address bar of your browser and type the URL and press Enter. 3|Page

STEP 2 How do I login into the module? Central Moderator can access the “FACULTY program” by entering their respective login name and password given to them by the administrator and then click on Login. 4|Page

STEP 3  On successful login, following screen appears.  For related link press on “Arrow Button“ link. 5|Page

STEP 4  To create new advertisement click “Create Advertisement” link. 6|Page

STEP 5  To create new advertisement click “Add New” link. By clicking on this link Central moderator can create new advertisement. 7|Page

STEP 6  After clicking on “Add new “ link following screen appears with Advertisement form. Now, to create advertisement fill this advertisement form and click on “Create” button. 8|Page

STEP 7  After successfully creating of advertisement one pop-up message appears that “Advertisement created successfully”. 9|Page

STEP 9  For new user registration click on “Register here” button. 11 | P a g e

STEP 10  After successfully clicking on new user registration button, an “inspire registration” form appears.  Fill the form with required details and do click on “submit” button. 12 | P a g e

STEP 11  After successful submission of the registration form a pop-up message appears with a message that the user id and password has been sent to your registered email id. 13 | P a g e

STEP 12  This page will comes after clicking on the link which was received through mail to activate your account. 14 | P a g e

STEP 13  Enter your login credentials (user name and password), then click on “login” button. 15 | P a g e

STEP 14  On successful login, following screen appears where you have to click on ”Faculty” link. 16 | P a g e

STEP 15  After clicking on “Faculty “ link following screen appears with Faculty- Applicant Dashboard. Now, to apply for Faculty click on “Apply For Faculty” button. 17 | P a g e

STEP 16  After clicking on apply for faculty link, screen appears with “Faculty Application Form” where following fields need to be filled one by one. 18 | P a g e

STEP 17  First step is of Personal Particulars where required details to be filled by clicking on edit button. 19 | P a g e

STEP 18  Filled details of Personal Particulars to be got saved by clicking on save button. 20 | P a g e

STEP 19  Second step is of “Contact Information”, where required details to be filled by clicking on edit button. 21 | P a g e

STEP 21  Third step is of Academic Qualifications (From class 12th standard onwards) where required details to be filled by clicking on edit button. 23 | P a g e

STEP 26  Fifth step is of Publication Details where filled details are to be saved by clicking on save button.  Hard copy of best 5 papers or journals mentioned in application has to send to DST office by post. 28 | P a g e

STEP 27  Sixth step is of Names and Address of three or more Refree where required details are to be filled by clicking on edit button. 29 | P a g e

STEP 29  Seventh step is of “Nominator Information” where required details for nomination are to be filled by clicking on Add button. 31 | P a g e

STEP 32  Eighth step is to “Declaration” of application form filled by you, filled it and then press submit button. 34 | P a g e

STEP 33  After successful filled up of Faculty application form, one pop-up message appears to ensure that all the particulars have provided is correct and no further modification is required. 35 | P a g e

STEP 34  After clicking on Ok button “Congratulation” page appears mentioning that the Application for Faculty has been successfully submitted to DST and reference number is also there. Where you have to keep the reference number secure for any further queries. 36 | P a g e

STEP 35  Press logout button. 37 | P a g e

STEP 36  Central Moderator-Insa have to enter their respective login credentials (login name and password) given to them by the administrator and then click on Login. 38 | P a g e

STEP 37  On successful login, following screen appears.  For related link press on “Arrow Button“ link. 39 | P a g e

STEP 38  Click on “Agenda Creation” to create agenda for the applicant who submit the application. 40 | P a g e

STEP 39  After Click on “Agenda Creation” link, page comes where you have to select “Board Subject Area” first and then click on “action” item button. 41 | P a g e

STEP 40  After Click on “Action” item button, the screen comes where you have click on the “view document” link to approve/reject the document uploaded by applicant. 42 | P a g e

STEP 41  After Clicking on “view document ” link, the screen appears to dowloand the PDF file to verify the uploaded document. 43 | P a g e

STEP 42  After verfiying the uploaded document, the select the decision to approve /reject the documets uploaded by applicants. 44 | P a g e

STEP 43  Successfully approved/rejected of documents list, one pop-of message appears that Document Approved/Reject successfully where needs to click ok button. 45 | P a g e

STEP 44  Click on check box to select applicant details and then press on “Export to PDF” link for pdf file of the agenda. 46 | P a g e

STEP 45  Press “Ok” button to download PDF file of agenda set by CM. 47 | P a g e

STEP 46  Click on check box to select applicant details and then press on “Export to Excel” link for excel file of the agenda. 48 | P a g e

STEP 47  Press “Ok” button to download excel file of agenda set by CM. 49 | P a g e

STEP 48  Click on check box and select “committee name” to create agenda and then press “Create agenda” button to create agenda. 50 | P a g e
