JANUARY Monte Vista Village 2022 8865 E. Baseline Rd NEWSLETTER Mesa AZ 85209 480-833-2223 From the General Manager I hope you enjoyed your holiday and we are excited to be kicking off the winter season with a number of new improvements recently completed with others about to begin. To start, the Fitness Center and new Sport Courts are complete and available for use, we hope that you enjoy the new community amenities. Starting in January both the Baseline Road and Steven Pollard Avenue entrances and exits will be closed dur- ing the installation of our automated gates. All resort traffic will be directed to the Ellsworth entrance, residents can avoid delays by having your access badge upon arrival. There will be signs at all temporarily closed en- trances directing guests, visitors and deliveries to the Ellsworth entrance. We anticipate the gate construction to begin in early January and lasting through early Spring. Please note these dates are only estimates and are subject to change based on a number of factors including availability of contractors and materials, weather, etc. You will be happy to know that once this project is completed, both Steven Pollard and Baseline will be accessible as an entrance and exit for our residents. They will not be staffed, so your access badge will be required for entry. All visitors and deliveries will be directed to utilize the Ellsworth entrance. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding while we all have been hard at work to improve the infrastructure and amenities of Monte Vista. If you have any questions or comments about what is happening here at Monte Vista, don’t hesitate to call the office at 480- 833-2223 Brian Montalbano From the Activities Director Happy New Year!!
