18 FleetSAP 1.1.49 Web Release Notes Report Fuel In By Tank: ! Adjustments in the fuel in by tank report, it will be no possible obtain the report until all the required data is completed. ! The dates shown in the report may not match with the dates selected by user. In order to give more accurate information, the system will show the nearest transmis- sions according to the date range selected.

19 FleetSAP 1.1.49 Web Release NotesData View:Preview:! The main objective of the report is bring the user the possibility to watch the fuel in transactions in a specific tank. To the user is useful know the quantity of fuel that enters in a tank in each fuel in process. The user has to set up a minimum fuel quantity value that determines the minimum level required for a fuel in transaction.

There is a new report the shifts, this report was created to help the user on the daily fuel reconnciliacion including fuel deliveries, fuel dispatchs and fuel inventory . The user has to set up a minimum fuel quantity value, the frecuency and the fuel out device ( Fuel Storage- Fuel Dispensing ) for determines the data for the report.
