PERSONAL INTEREST Since I was young, I have always wanted to attend the University of Texas at Austin. If you are looking to apply to this university, find your top 5 reasons you want to attend this school. Mine include: 1. (Academic reason)- There is a great endowment and much private funding for the University of Texas at Austin, so I know that fabulous internship and abroad studies would be available to me. Through this, I could learn to my maximum even experience-wise! 2. (Academic Reason)- Another academic reason that contributes to my urge to attend this university is that there is a low acceptance rate of 39% at this school. By going to this university, I would know that I was surrounded by many great minds that would increase my knowledge. Additionally, I would be proud after earning acceptance because that would be the greatest reward for hard work. 3. (Social Reason)- Going to the University of Texas at Austin would benefit me socially because I would remain in touch with my family roots in Austin. 4. (Personal Reason)- I personally would love to attend UT at Austin because both of my brothers attended this school, so practically half of my life has already been spent on this campus. Additionally, this university has the best diving team in the country, and I would be honored to be apart of it. 5. (Financial Reason)- The University of Texas at Austin would be a financially stable college choice for me because I am from in-state and have many family members in this community. Additionally, if I warned a diving scholarship, I would be overjoyed. 21
