Jo Ann Antinone is the Director of the LD Bell High School Choral Department. Mrs. Antinone was raised in Bryan, TX, and earned her Bachelor Degree in Music Education from Southwestern University in Georgetown, TX, and her Master Degree in Choral Conducting from Ithaca College in Ithaca, NY. is is Mrs. Antinone's 17th year of teaching. She is proud to have taught at Wilkinson Middle School in Mesquite and Euless Junior High in Euless before coming to LD Bell. Mrs. Antinone is oen called upon as a guest conductor around the DFW Metroplex and maintains an active solo performance schedule throughout the year. is year she is performing with Schola Cantorum. Mrs. Antinone is proud to serve as the TMEA Region 5 Chair-Elect and holds memberships in TMEA, TCDA, TMAA, as well as Pi Kappa Lambda. Mrs. Antinone serves as the primary instructor for the A Cappella, Varsity Women's, Varsity Men's, Choralier Men's, and Bell System performance ensembles.Reza Azizi is in his third year of teaching, and second year as the Bell HS Assistant Director. He has been singing &performing for 13 years. Aer graduating from Plano Senior High School, he attended Texas Christian University topursue music further. While a member of the TCU Chorale, Mr. Azizi had the opportunity to sing at Carnegie Hallwith the New York Pops, as well as Bass Hall with the Fort Worth Symphony. Mr. Azizi performed with the FortWorth Opera for several seasons, and also attended the American Institute of Musical Studies in Graz, Austria, for asummer. Since graduating with his Bachelor of Music Education, magna cum laude, Mr. Azizi has taught at BaileyJunior High in Arlington, and most recently served as the Head Choir Director at North Ridge Middle School inNorth Richland Hills. He holds memberships with TMEA, TCDA, Mu Phi Epsilon, and Pi Kappa Lambda. Mr. Aziziteaches the Choralier Women, Bel Canto Women, JV Mixed Choir, and assists in directing Bell System. He is thrilledto be a part of the choral excellence and tradition of Bell High School. Rebecca Aune is beginning her 5th year as Director of Bedford Junior High choirs. Born and raised in Minnesota, Mrs. Aune graduated from Augsburg College, Minneapolis, Minnesota with a degree in music education and vocal performance. Mrs. Aune spent 9 years in elementary music classrooms in Minnesota and HEB ISD, and 35 years as a church choir director in Minnesota, California, Florida and Texas. e joy of her life is husband of 35 years, John, her 6 children and 4 grandchildren. Mrs. Aune is thrilled to be part of the outstanding choral tradition in HEB, and very proud of all of her Bedford Junior High and Bell High School Choir students.Gina Harston is in her 14th year of teaching and her third year as the Choir Director at Hurst Junior High. She received herBachelor Degree in Music with an emphasis in Vocal Performance at Texas Woman's University in Denton, Texas. She isactively involved in the music ministry at her church, singing on the worship team, and directing the choir. Mrs. Harston ishonored to have the opportunity to perform with her Bell Cluster Rachel Massey is the Choral Director at Central Junior High. is is Mrs. Massey's 6th year of teaching and her 3rd year at CJH. She was raised in Portsmouth, England and received her Bachelor degree in Music Education from East Texas Baptist University in Marshall, TX . Outside of the classroom, Mrs. Massey trains for triathlons, sings in her church choir, takes dance classes and is active in community theatre. She was recently Irene Malloy in HELLO DOLLY, Sister Margaretta and the Assistant Music Director for SOUND OF MUSIC, and Hodel in FIDDLER ON THE ROOF (all with the Firehouse eatre). Mrs. Massey serves as the instructor for all of the CJH Choirs. colleagues tonight.Kelly Winstead is a veteran teacher, musician, and stage performer. She sang her rst solos during show-and-tell in second grade.Eventually, Ms. Winstead found her way to Baylor University, where she majored in Vocal Performance, and studied choral musicunder the expert direction of Dr. Robert Young. It was Dr. Young who encouraged Kelly to pursue her Masters Degree in VocalPerformance at the University of North Texas, where she was also a teaching fellow for two years. She has taught voice and pianolessons for the past 25 years, has been a high school choir director with Grapevine ISD, recently with Fort Worth ISD, and is themusic director at United Memorial Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), in Euless. Ms. Winstead has performed with theHouston Grand Opera, eatre Under the Stars, Fort Worth Opera, La Voce Opera Company in Sydney, Australia, and numerousmusical theatre venues. She has held lead roles from Mozart to Hammerstein, but her command performances were alwayslullabies in the darkened bedrooms of her three children. Kelly Wolff is the private voice lesson teacher at Bedford & Hurst Junior High. is is her second year of teaching, but has been performing for over 16 years. Aer graduating from Richland High School in 2008, she attended Tarleton State University in Stephenville, Texas. While at Tarleton, she had the opportunity to sing in Dublin, Galway, & Killarney, Ireland with the Chamber Choir, as well as the Messiah with the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra. Her musical theatre credits include, e 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Seussical, and Once Upon a Mattress. She was a semi- nalist in 2009, 2010, 2011, and the rst runner-up in the 2013 National Association of Teachers of Singing Competition in musical theatre and classical divisions. In 2013, Ms. Wolff graduated with a Bachelors of Art in Music with an emphasis in Vocal Performance, and a minor in Communications with an emphasis in Broadcast Journalism. In addition to teaching, she is a member of the Saint Andrew Lutheran Church Choir. She is very blessed to have the privilege of teaching and sharing her love of music with her students!

Audience members that must depart early from this evening's performance will only be permitted to do so between musical numbers.The NAMM Foundation has named HEB ISD to the prestigious 2013 listing of the \"Best Communities for Music Education\" for theseventh year in a row. Only 22 schools or school districts in Texas were named to this national list. Tonight's Choir Concert is just one of the many reasons why HEB ISD continues to receive this national recognition.
