Active in the intellectual property scene, focusing in Trademark prosecution and enforcement of IP rights. Helped advised over 500 trademarks and SME owners, providing further advisory in regards to the commercialization of IP. 评委简介 JUDGES’ PROFILE 2021 LUNARCIA LOH MING YUE 罗名悦 CEO of DIAMOND STAR 99 後創業家 Ming Yue is a post-99 entrepreneur. She started her business in May last year with a female intimate anti- bacterial foam called XM2. She is a second generation entrepreneur and now learning to take over her father’s new business. So XM2 is the brand that they are focusing on now. This brand is her father’s brainchild, so to speak. Among the core ingredients of XM2 is a patented antibacterial ingredient, Sateera®️, which her father developed with a team of PhD researchers from the University of Malaya in 2016. This is the unique point of XM2, and of course last year they attended OE Entrepreneur School. They realized the importance of branding and that they need to find their own blue ocean market in the red ocean.
