Exercises for active burning of fat In 4 minutes you will complete a set of 4 exercises aimed at active fat burning. 1 1. LIFTING IN HILL Take a step-platform or a low bench and for 1 minute, imitating walking up and down the stairs, go up and down. If you do not have a bench or step-platform, use old books to imitate a hill climb. Our guest is Yana Argutkina - the winner of the Children's Model Competition Mini Top Model “Images of Russia”™ - 2018 of Novokuibyshevsk city, which took place on December 22, 2018. Last summer, Yana and her mother traveled to France and today She will tell about this trip.



NMK. Yana, how did you manage to get to France? Y. In April 2017 I was in Italy, I really liked it there. A new dream has appeared - to visit other countries. One of them was France. That's how I ended up in Paris. NMK. How did you prepare for the trip? Y. My mother and I carefully prepared for the trip: we thought through the itinerary to the smallest detail, painted it every hour, because in France there were a lot of attractions and we wanted to be everywhere. 23NOVIT MODELS JANUARY-FEBRUARY 2019



NMK. In Paris, you drew attention to what? Y. In Paris, a lot of small narrow streets, and most importantly - a lot of flowers. The walls of many houses are completely covered with flowers, they even grow on the roofs! NMK. What other cities visited with mom? Y. For example, Provence, Avignon ... NMK. Interesting moments, adventures were? Y. I remember Disneyland - this is such an amusement park, specially for children. It is very beautiful there! We hit just during the World Cup - 2018 Football. There were so many fans who walked the streets, shouting. When we won the match, the whole city just “exploded” from joyful emotions! 25NOVIT MODELS JANUARY-FEBRUARY 2019

NMK. Yana, what did you like most about Disneyland? Y. I liked the fact that everything is arranged for children there, a lot of different cartoon characters. Particularly memorable was the fairytale castle, which is shown at the beginning of all Walt Disney films. NMK. Yana, are you glad you went to France? Y. Of course, glad! Because such impressions are never forgotten. NMK. Where else do you dream to visit? Y. ЯI dream to visit all of Russia, because we haveabigcountryandtherearemanysights in it. NMK. Yana, tell a little about yourself. Where do you study, what do you do in your free time, what are you keen on? Y. I study in 21 schools in the 5th grade. Barbizon USA History The first Barbizon School of Modeling and Acting was opened in 1939 on Fifth Avenue in New York City, New York, by Helen Fraser, a fashion model and teacher with her husband, Dr. Fraser, a dentist. The Barbizon name was developed from the Fraser's vacations to France where they became interested in the town of Barbizon, a village outside of Paris known for the 19th-century Barbizon school of painters. She wrote a book Assignment in Modeling: A Guide to a Career in Fashion and Photographic Modeling\". In 1950, Helen met Ronald Reagan, who would later become President of the United States, and awarded him with the Best-Dressed Man in America award she established. In 1951, Helen acted as a celebrity judge for the Miss Brooklyn Pageant, alongside actress Denise Darcel and comedian Steve Allen.
