Warm weather and bright nights favor long walks under the moon and hiking on nature. However, true fitness fans are not limited to them and turn walking into a real workout. The cost of equipment is minimal: a pair of comfortable sneakers is enough. And there is always a place for such a training. Habitual walking is aerobic exercise, as natural as running, and no less effective. They equally improve the work of the lungs and heart, the state of the vessels. Muscles, ligaments, joints and bones are strengthened, the fat content in the body is reduced. And during the walk “hormones of happiness” are produced - endorphins.
