Take the weight with your right hand and lift it to the outside of your right shoulder, palm away from you. Put another weight on the floor near of the left foot. Bend the left leg in the knee and bend over, grabbing the weight with your left hand (A). On inhaling, straighten the left leg, simultaneously pull out the straight right leg to the level of the thigh. Exhale, pull your right arm up, look at it (B). Hold for 3-5 breaths, then take the starting position and change sides to complete the approach. 4B If it's difficult for you: Keep your left leg bent and do not tear the right leg from the floor. 14 NOVIT MODELS SEPTEMBER-OCTOBER 2020

She has devoted 10 years to banking. She is an artist; her passion is painting. As a child, Anya drew almost every day, but she never went to art school. But one day, in 2015, while studying to become a stock market expert, anna felt that she wanted something completely different... it was a keen desire to pursue the art of painting. she began to attend courses and masterclasses of artists: again took up the brush. fascinated by painting, she painted about 50 paintings.
