One of the reasons why we can't afford to be creative is because we're afraid of looking stupid or weird because we're afraid that not everyone will understand. But still... Creativity is useful for relaxing and reloading the brain. In addition, by doing something new, whether it's playing the guitar, dancing, drawing, etc., our brain creates new neural connections. Learning new things means not letting your brain age quickly. When we are creative, we let go of ourselves completely and get a lot of positive emotions from it.
