On the breath, squeeze the buttocks and draw in the stomachWithout changing the position, exhale and make a sharp movement of the pelvis forward. Keep your back straight. Stay in this position for 10-20 seconds, then relax and repeat the exercise with the other leg, and so on 10 times.3. Go down on all fours. The back is straight, the stomach isretracted. Inhale, on exhalation slowly raise the leg as highas possible.
