Moscow United Methodist Church Learning Tree Preschool Scholarships We are proud to announce we are offering preschool scholarships for the 2018-2019 school year! Attending preschool is an important partof childhood development and is proven to help children transition into kindergarten with greater success. Unfortunately, for some families, it is just too costly. If you know someone who would benefit from financial assistance to send a child to preschool, check out theMUMC Learning Tree Scholarship Program.
