52 COST STRUCTURE Personnel costs compose a high percentage of the total operational expenses (See Graph 3). Obtaining funds beyond tuition is a critical factor in providing excellence in education. Capital campaigns are conducted when there is a needed campus renovation. Throughout its history, EARJ has relied on community members - alumni, corporations, parents of current and past students, faculty and administration and international organizations – to raise funds needed to make major investments in education.
