F. Yap & Co., Akauntan Awam, di bawah arahan saya. Pihak pengurusanAkademi Sains Malaysia bertanggungjawab terhadap penyata kewangan. Tanggungjawabsaya adalah untuk memberi pendapat terhadap penyata kewangan tersebut berdasarkankepada pengauditan yang dijalankan.2. Pengauditan telah dilaksanakan mengikut Akta Audit 1957 dan berpandukanPiawaian Pengauditan Antarabangsa.
