SIJIL KETUA AUDIT NEGARA MENGENAI PENYATA KEWANGAN AKADEMI SAINS MALAYSIA BAGI TAHUN BERAKHIR 31 DISEMBER 2004Penyata kewangan Akademi Sains Malaysia bagi tahun berakhir 31 Disember2004 telah diaudit oleh wakil saya. Pihak pengurusan bertanggungjawabterhadap penyata kewangan ini. Tanggungjawab saya adalah mengaudit danmemberi pendapat terhadap penyata kewangan tersebut.2. Pengauditan telah dilaksanakan mengikut Akta Audit 1957 danberpandukan piawaian pengauditan yang diluluskan. Piawaian tersebutmenghendaki pengauditan dirancang dan dilaksanakan untuk mendapatkepastian yang munasabah sama ada penyata kewangan adalah bebasdaripada kesilapan atau ketinggalan yang ketara. Pengauditan ini termasukmemeriksa rekod secara semak uji, menyemak bukti yang menyokong angkadan memastikan pendedahan yang mencukupi dalam penyata kewangan.Penilaian juga dibuat terhadap prinsip perakaunan yang digunakan danpenyampaian penyata kewangan secara keseluruhan.3.
