Chapter 6 The Best Life and World-Changing Tool In the last chapter, you probably have an idea of new thought innovation. In this chapter, I will present you a life-design tool which has been developed from working experiences and the innovative perspective mentioned earlier. This is to allow you to discover your self-value and encourage you to pursue your goal. The thought innovation written in this book will be your çlife-changing toolé that will bring you to new action rings by identifying the right goals which will lead you to self-discovery. I named this tool çthe 3 rings of thought revolution and new life creationé which I can proudly claim that, in the 30 rounds of my life design courses, this tool has helped many people who had no life goal become successful. The next person is çyoué who is reading this book.
The elements of this tool are 1. Ring of what one loves 2. Ring of what one does well 3. Ring of interested social problem Ring of what one loves Ring of what one does well Ring of interested social problem
Chapter 7 [Step 1.] Power of What one loves The first ring of the 3 rings theory is to identify a goal from çwhat one lovesé because being able to do what one loves will allow you to do it happily. You will not feel like you are being forced or feel hesitate to do it, but you will always feel the urge to do it like a quote which has been said since the neo-classical age, çDo what one lovesé. This is because every time we get to do something that we love, it means that we are able to make ourselves happy while creating work at the same time which is like getting a double profit. Although we all know that doing what we love is good since it benefits us both physically and mentally, many people still do not know what they love. If you are still confused about what one loves, donût be scared because the majority of people in this world are like you. There are plenty other people who feel the same way as you. Therefore, for the first ring of Part 2, I would like to help you explore yourself because once you can identify what one loves, you can fill it in the first ring of this tool. ......................
Signs that show you çloveé what you do Discovering yourself is not hard, but it requires a lot of self-observations by looking at your emotions, feelings, and thoughts, as well as looking at your body and mind while you are working or doing certain activities, starting from observing these following topics... 1. Any work or activity that doesnût feel like a work to you, but rather feel like it is a part of your life and feel no stress doing it. You donût feel like you have to take a break or find any entertaining to do because this work or activity is an entertainment for you. 2. What youûre doing conforms with your attitude and personal belief and aspect which creates vision and inspiration. 3. When there you are faced with an obstacle while working, you see it as a challenge that you have to push through and use your full potential. You feel enthusiastic every time you become a part of the problem-solving process. 4. You feel honored for being responsible for the work. You feel like it is a positive thing and do not consider it a burden.
        5. You feel happy when working. You go to bed feeling fulfilled and look forward to waking up to do what one loves everyday without feeling like it is a heavy burden that you have to get rid of. 6. You feel enthusiastic and energetic during the work or activity. You feel excited to learn and gain more knowledge. From these 6 signs, if you can identify what makes you feel these feelings, it means that you have found the answer for the first ring which is a very important part in effectively designing your life in the upcoming steps. ...................... Signs that show you çloveé what you do 1. Which work or activity that doesnût feel like a work to you ? 2. Which work conforms with your attitude and inspires you ? 3. The obstacles in which work make you feel like they are challenges that you have to get through ? 4. Which work makes you feel honored to be responsible for ? 5. Which work makes you feel happy doing ? 6. Which work makes you feel enthusiastic while doing ?
Conclusion: What is your ring of what one loves 1. Ring of what one loves 1. ....................................................... 2. ....................................................... 3. .......................................................
Chapter 8 [Step 2.] Power of What one does well In the 3 rings theory that I have designed, the second ring is to identify a goal from çwhat one does wellé because it allows us to know our capability and competency which can be used well as a tool for setting our life goal. From my experience with people of many ages, I found that people who are lucky are the ones who discovered themselves and their capabilities since they were young and set their goals early, so they can reach the top before others. On the other hand, there are many people who have not found themselves and have wasted their lives on things that they are not good at. Some people have spent their whole lives finding themselves but still canût give answers to what they are good at. Therefore, in this topic, I will help you discover your capabilities from the 6 temperaments because once you found the capabilities that are hidden inside you, you will find the answer for the second ring which is the ring of what you are good at in order to further use it to excellently design your life.
The 6 behaviors and discovering yourself and the perfect career Many people can give their answer to the question of çwhat are you good at doing ?é without hesitation. However, after I have thought my çDesign Your Lifeé courses, I found that there are still many people who canût answer this question because they have never explored themselves. In this topic, the buddha has given a principle for self-discovery called ç6 temperamentsé. In Buddhism, çtemperament (charit)é has many definitions as follows 1. means a behavior of a certain type which is usual in a personûs inborn trait, habit, or main demeanor. 2. means traveling minds, places of traveling minds, or the emotion of traveling minds 3. means basic characteristics of minds or basic habits of each individual Therefore, the start for people who cannot answer what they are good at doing is to identify which of the 6 types they are. The Buddha said that the 6 types of people are lustful temperament, hateful temperament, ignorant temperament, devout temperament, intellectual temperament, and discursive temperament. Each type of temperament has its own characteristic and is suitable for certain jobs.
        1. Lustful temperament: The minds travel in the emotion of beauty which means that they get satisfaction from appealing visual, voice, smell, taste, and touch. They love tidiness, cleanness, and mildness and use imaginations and emotions before reasons in decision-making. They care a lot about appearance and politeness, but they are not a good leader and are not suitable for difficult works. Suitable career: People with lustful temperament should work with something related to beauty, such as beautician, makeup retailers, fashion designer, interior designer, artist, information officer, or any other jobs related to beauty. 2. Hating temperament: The minds travel in the emotion of wrath. They get mad easily, talk and walk loud, do not pay attention to small details in work, are intolerant but are good leaders. They admit their own mistake and are willing to say sorry to people inferior to them. Suitable career: People with hateful temperament should have a career that uses çdestructive forceé or involves with çfightsé, such as boxer, soldier, police, correctional officer, athlete, etc. 3. Deluded temperament: This type is polite, quiet, and lonely, doesnût like to argue, and doesnût have much creativity. However, they are good at working under pressure and are loved by people because they would agree to go everywhere.
They are suitable for working routine jobs. This type of people likes assets, and they prefer collecting than spending; they like to gain but not to lose. Suitable career: No recommended career 4. Speculative temperament: This type likes to think and is not very decisive. Whenever they have to make a decision, they will ponder over and over, and be very indecisive. This type of people usually suffers from mental health and doesnût look very cheerful. They find it hard to feel happy. Suitable career: People with speculative temperament usually think and do repeatedly, overly, and negatively. These negative thoughts then become true. They rarely look at the positive side of things. Therefore, their suitable careers require a lot of thinking, such as accountant, speaker, analyst, detective, teacher, etc. 5. Faithful temperament: The minds tend to conform to the emotions of beliefs. They are a type of people who strongly adhere to their believes and do not change their minds easily. If they believe in good things, such as the karmic law and the Buddhaûs enlightenment, the consequences are positive. However, if they believe in bad things, the society around them will also be negatively affected. This type of people is sometimes quite gullible and tend to believe other people too easily.
Suitable career: People with faithful temperament should pursue careers related to religion, such as monkûs attendant, laymen, laywomen, churchwarden, lay ministry, etc. However, they should be careful not to be too faithful and pay too much money on making merits that it affects their familyûs financial security. 6. Intelligent temperament: This type of people is witty and acute. They have very good memory, are reasonable, and tend to believe in things that are logical. They have the minds of scientists. Suitable career: People with intelligent temperament can pursue any kinds of career since they are learning enthusiasts and are reasonable. Some of the suitable careers include teacher, researcher, scientist, doctor, dentist, nurse, thinker, writer, etc. Some people have all the 6 temperaments mentioned, some people donût. The number of each personûs temperaments depend on their virtue in their previous life. Some people have similar emotions, but their emotions have different level of concentration and power since they performed meritorious acts differently during their past lives. People who performed a lot of meritorious acts possess softer temperaments whereas people who performed less possess intense temperaments. Temperaments have the same emotions, but their conditions are uneven.
Therefore, it is easier for you to choose a career that matches your temperament if you are able to examine yourself and determine which temperaments you possess. If you love what you do, you will be able to execute every task efficiently which benefits both yourself, your organization, and the country. What type of person are you or which temperaments do you have ? Try considering. ...................... And once you try it, check if it show çsigns that show çwhat you are doingé is truly youé. If the answer is çyesé, it means that you have just found your goal. ......................
Signs that show çwhat you are doingé is truly you 1. What work takes you the least amount of time to finish ? 2. What work seems easy for you (but not for others) ? 3. What work do other people want you to teach them ? 4. What work do you learn about faster then other people do ? 5. What work allow you to produce the most outstanding outcomes ? Conclusion: What is your ring of what one does well 2. Ring of what one does well 1. ....................................................... 2. ....................................................... 3. .......................................................
Chapter 9 [Step 1.] Ring of interested social problem Social problems are situations that have occurred and affected the relationships, structures, as well as norms of the society. They are problems that needed solution in order to alleviate the situation which can be done with social cooperation through the SDGs or Sustainable Development Goals. These goals are presented by the Unites Nations as a guideline for all member states to follow in order to resolve common global problems. There are a total of 17 goals which were set in 2015. The SDGs consist of 169 SDG targets which are universal, related, and supportive of each other. 247 indicators were set to follow and evaluate the progress of the development. We can categorize the SDGs according to their related factor into the 5P. 1. People: focuses on eliminating poverty and hunger and reducing the gap of inequality in the society. 2. Planet: focuses on protecting and saving natural resources and climate for the next generation of citizens. 3. Prosperity: promotes good quality of life of people. 4. Peace: adheres to the principle of peaceful coexistence and aims to create a peaceful society where there is no discrimination. 5. Partnership: focuses on cooperation of every sectors.
The 17 goals consist of Goal 1: Eradicate poverty Goal 2: End hunger, pursue food security, and improve nutrition for people of all ages Goal 3: Guarantee everyone healthy lives and promote safety for people of all ages Goal 4: Guarantee everyone equal access to quality education and support life-long learning3 Goal 5: Achieve gender equality and empower women and girls Goal 6: Guarantee everyone clean water and sanitation with sustainable management systems Goal 7: Guarantee everyone accesses to sustainable yet affordable modern energy
Goal 8: Promote continuous, inclusive, and sustainable economic development with sustainable management systems Goal 9: Create durable infrastructure and promote inclusive and sustainable industrial development and innovation Goal 10: Reduce domestic and international inequality Goal 11: Develop inclusive, safe, and sustainable cities and human settlements Goal 12: Guarantee sustainable consumption and production Goal 13: Take immediate actions to fight climate change and its consequences Goal 14: Preserve and profit from the ocean, sea, and marine Goal 15: Protect, restore, and promote sustainable use of terrestrial ecosystems, sustainably manage forests, fight desertification, end soil deterioration and restore land, and stop ecosystem loss Goal 16: Promote peaceful and inclusive society for sustainable development, allow everyone to access justice, and create strong and inclusive institutions Goal 17: Promote strength in operating mechanisms and restore global partnerships for sustainable developments
It is intended that every country must take part in pushing forward the goals and succeed in 2030. Therefore, the SDGs is an important tool for people who are looking for a goal in life and a sustainably successful career. It also helps entrepreneurs who currently own businesses to see new opportunities within the 17 SDGs that some people might overlook. If you look more into the details of each of the 17 goals, you might find something that interest you and matches your ability. Please visit https://sdgs.un.org/goals for more information. Social problems are caused by humans, and humansû problems are caused by the society. These two types of problems are like relatives. Therefore, from the 3 rings that we use to design our new lives, we cannot overlook the ring of social problems. Instead, we should give importance to it because it affects everyoneûs lives. Because humans are social animals, and the society will directly affect us ......................
çRing of solving social problems through SDGsé exercise Steps to identifying your interested social problem 1. 70 Tips Way of Thinking to Cure Social Crisis From my research and speculation of every dimension to the methods of curing social problems that are evoked from greed, anger, and lust in the human mind are problems that should be immediately fixed. In this topic, fixing problems in lives with Buddhist dharma is ça way of thinkingé rooting from a pure mindset which has been proven for over 2,600 years. I would like to conclude that Buddha has stated profoundly as followings. 1. Curing greed with generosity: to be able to share is to share contentment. To be the only happy person is not real contentment, to share is the real contentment. Aside from this to lower oneselfûs greed, will greatly lower oneûs misery. Then one can be content. 2. Curing hatred with mercy: wish others well in the state of mind, look at others positively. We should all think that no-one can do no wrong. One that does no wrong is one who does not do anything. Therefore, when there is a task, there can be errors. We should all forgive. People who are drowned with anger and jealousy, looking at others negatively
are as they have a fiery mind and soul. If one can find mercy in their minds, wherever you are, whatever you do, you can live harmoniously because of the ability to let go of anger. 3. Curing delusions with concentration: meditation and insight dharma retreat or meditation is a way to clear oneûs mind and being intellect. One with conscious and intellect is never a fool. They can cope with their problems. Curing delusions with meditation or dharma retreats is therefore the most effective solution. Ones who regularly meditate will receive these 3 outcomes which are Ô Mindfulness: The first thing one acquires from meditation is consciousness, one does not become forgetful. One is always aware of what they are doing. Ô Concentration: One can concentrate on oneûs task. Ô Insight: One can determine whether what they are doing is morally right or wrong. ......................
Chapter 10 [Step 4.] Identify the intersection of the 3 Rings Now that we have found the answers for the 3 rings and you know what you love, what you do well, and what problems the society and the world have, the next step is to find your çlife goalé by identifying the intersection of the 3 rings. Place your answers of the 3 rings which are çring of what one lovesé, çring of what one does wellé, and çring of social problemé on top of each other as illustrated below. 1. What one loves 2. What one 3. Social does well problems
For example, Kid Dee wants to search for his life goal; therefore, he uses the ç3 Ringsé to find out that What he loves includes 1. Cooking 2. Programming/Developing applications 3. Traveling What he does well includes 1. Studying and fixing IT system 2. Photography 3. Basketball Social problems include 1. Corruption 2. Employeeûs personal data storage 3. Lack of education for underprivileges After considering his list of what he loves, what he does well, and the social problems, he found that
   1. What he loves - Cooking - Programming/ Developing applications - Traveling ★ 2. What he does well 3. Social problems - Studying and - Corruption fixing IT system - Employeeûs personal - Photography data storage - Basketball - Lack of education for underprivileges - Programming / Developing applications Career: Computer - Studying and fixing IT system Program Developer }- Employeeûs personal data storage problem Conclusion: What he loves is Programming / Developing applications What he does well is Studying and fixing IT system Interested Social Problem is Employeeûs personal data storage
Therefore, Kid Dee decides to develop a program/application for employeeûs personal data storage that works fast and stable, so that it can be used in organizations and institutes that required a data storage system. The goal of this tool is to find the intersection of the 3 rings which means that the problems of that society will be resolved by your own ability through you doing what you love. Kid Dee is lucky that he can identify the intersection of the 3 rings which become his true life goal. This is an example of how you can perfectly find an answer for your life as a human because we can use this answer to plan our life in every aspects whether it be happiness, career, social works, and humanitarian works because all of these are in the same point of this subset. ......................
   Exercise What is your intersection of the ring of what you love, what you do well, and social problems ? What you love 1. ....................................... 2. ....................................... 3. ....................................... What you do well ★ Interested social 1. ................................. problems 2. ................................. 1. ................................. 3. .................................. 2. ............................... 3. ..........................
Chapter 11 Canût find answers to the ç3 Ringsé? From my experience lecturing çDesign Your Lifeé, with audiences agreeing on the fact that they are still hesitant on deciding what they are attentive about shows that people could not find an intersection of the ç3 Ringsé. For example, Kid Mai wants to search for his life goal; therefore, he uses the ç3 Ringsé to find out that What he loves includes 1. Martial Arts 2. Boardgames 3. Taking care of Koi fish What he does well includes 1. Capable of cooking 2. Ability to convey others 3. Music Social problems include 1. Industrial Pollution (SDG 13) 2. Traffic in major cities (SDG 1) 3. Health problems (SDG 3)
After reconsidering Kid Mai found out that there is no link between his ç3 Ringsé Therefore, I have something to help you solve this problem. You are allowed to let go of çthe Ring of What one lovesé Granting oneself to let go of çWhat one lovesé might be puzzling because when one knows what one loves, one will enjoy doing it and this leads to success in being content with life. Therefore, letting go of this might seem confusing somehow let us take a look. One can let go of what one loves with these 3 reasons 1. Loving in an erring way which is rendered useless and even harms social values. For example, addicted to gambling or addicted to violence. Accordingly, if one happens to understand that his/her love is causing no good, let go of it immediately. 2. You might not have found what you love yet as a result of your experience, age, or surrounding environment that does not help you find what you truly love. 3. What you think you love might just be from the social values.
From these 3 reasons, I would like to tell you that the human mind can be shifted easily. We know for a fact that since we were young, we change our passion throughout our lives plenty of times. The notions might be one might notice something better or fall for something along the way. Therefore, one can change oneûs passion and is also the most accessible route to alter in all the ç3 Ringsé. This method is also effortless and can be done immediately. In conclusion, the truth to everything is that it is çeasier to reshape your mind than to change the whole worldé. For example, even though one hasnût started from love but in the meantime if the deed effects others positively one can see the value of it and turns into something one can love eventually. When this concern is taken off, look between the intersection of the 2 remaining rings, thatûs çYour life goal and value in youé. ★2. What you 3. Social do well problems
For example Kid Mai decided to let go of he loves therefore he has only 2 remaining rings resulting in an intersection which are What he does well includes 1. Capable of cooking 2. Ability to convey others 3. Music Social problems include 1. Industrial Pollution 2. Traffic in major cities 3. Unhealthy diet In this case, Kid Mai could utilize his cooking skills with social problems. Which is the problem of unhealthy diet as a life goal to open a healthy diet restaurant. What he Social does well Cooking problems Skills - Capable of cooking + - Industrial Pollution - Ability to convey Unhealthy - Traffic in major cities others Diet - Unhealthy diet - Music ➤ Profession: Healthy Diet Restaurant
But from my experience of training this course, I found that even though there are only 2 rings left, some people still cannot find the intersection. For example, If Kid Mai is not capable of cooking, but he is good at drawing instead, these will then be Kid Maiûs 2 rings What he does well includes 1. drawing 2. Ability to convey others 3. Music Social problems include 1. Industrial Pollution 2. Traffic in major cities 3. Unhealthy diet Though there is only 2 rings left but one couldnût find an intersection, do not get startled, I have one more assistance for you which is, You are allowed to let go of çthe Ring of what one does wellé I allow you to let go of the second ring because what you do well is something that can be trained, even though you currently do not own that skill. Human is capable of developing skills in any fields, in çThe Little Book of Talenté by Daniel Coyle stated that humans develop skills in 2 different ways which are Hard Skill and Soft skill he stated...
Hard Skill is an act that needs accuracy and precision most of it is physical skills. Such as, sport skills, musical skills, basic arithmetic and etc. Which these skills are improved why practicing each time until it becomes an expert. Soft skill is a skill that requires fluency and how one can react to a certain situation. But does not crave the same outcome each time. For example, a soccer player sees an opening an decided to dribble in to score, traders see a momentum of buying and selling stocks with precision, or musician that plays the same note with different expression and accent resulting in a different emotion to listeners. These skills can also be learned as well. How it is learned is different from practicing repeatedly but requires the whole picture of what they do and some imaginative twist. Therefore, if one possesses no skill, one can learn to have one with practice until one is able to do it. You can practice acquiring a specific skill, so if you donût possess a specific skill yet you can let go of that concern. Then you are left with one concern which is çSocial problemé which you have to sort out what you are concerned about. This will lead to a solution which the two other rings couldnût give. When you discover social problems, you will find every answer
From everything mentioned, social problems existed for a long period of time and is very complex. It is not easy to alter in a short duration of time. To set a right determined goal, we are not allowed to let go of this concern because in the end we are all part of the society. Whether what happens with the society, it affects us either way. 3. Social Problems How to discover problem with your own style When you have chosen 3 social problems and you cannot find the one that interested you most, you should çstart actingé it might be... - try volunteering in a organization accordingly to things that interest you - browse the web to obtain more knowledge on that specific topic - field survey on that specific problem in an actual circumstance
When you feel the actual scenario of the problem by seeing actual people with problems and understanding them, you will ask yourself automatically çwhich problem you want to help mosté. Then you will find the answer to the other 2 rings automatically. For example Kid Mai has used the 2nd aid which is letting go of what he does well therefore all he has left is the only concern which is Social Problems that interest him 1. Industrial Pollution 2. Traffic in major cities 3. Unhealthy diet Now Kid Mai only has one concern which is social problems that interest him. He then manages his own energy and interests to find that Unhealthy diet rings him the most. He now makes this his priority to fix this problem by producing healthier diet with quality. When Kid Mai has his goal, the next step is to find an approach to it. He realizes his choices which are to attend a culinary course or through trials and errors by himself from YouTube until he reaches a standard. Or even hire a chef to cook for him.
With a clearer goal and clearer methods, even if he decided to cook by himself or hire a chef, when customers eventually have a taste of his well-prepared quality with consistency cuisines and have a better health, he will be proud and help fix this social problem accordingly. By this time his passion might be to think of newer healthy menus, better service, or giving advices to customers on a healthier diet. In conclusion, eventually he finds his passion from doing something better for the society doing something he loves. ......................
The Phenomenon of seeking answer from çSocial Problemsé that helps you find the other two rings The phenomenon is when one can set a social problem to fix as oneûs passion, one will be able to recognize the second ring çWhat one does wellé and the first ring çWhat one lovesé. Therefore, one can look back to find answer to the second and first without hassle. Because when you realize your interest in any social problem, the next step is to çImprove yourselfé turning it into something çOne does wellé (the second ring) to solve a specific problem. When one acquires a specific skill then has helped fixate a specific problem and seeing eyes of hopes from people being helped from oneûs specific skill, one will learn oneûs own value that helps improve the society and eventually the answer to the first concern çWhat one lovesé (the first ring) will be revealed. What one loves will become something growing from çtrue loveé that has generosity as its base not greed or affection. When one realizes what are the social problems, use them to analyze with çWhat one lovesé and çWhat one does wellé. Then design your life in that direction to find oneself to help create a better society making oneself be valuable which are described as these.
        1. To have a clear goal and understand oneûs value 2. To be able to aid the human society 3. To follow the Noble of Eightfold Path 4. To have a honest and truthful profession and have dealing customers 5. When oneûs profession can cure a specific social problem, the society will likely reward you through a specific trading method in each period of time (In present days, money) I would like to encourage everyone of you to seek out to find the meaning of life of these powerful methods which can be done by yourselves and use them to design your lives in the prevailing future. ......................

   Appendix
Buddhist Ikigai: The Beginning of the Path to Success The right goal, the goal that suits us, the goal that comes from being aware of why we were born, or çdesireé, which we got from the 3 Rings life-changing tool, are not only the beginning of a fulfilling happiness, but they are also the beginning of the path to success because... When we love to do something (truly and not because we only want the result of it), we will be so determined and concentrated in that action that once we achieve the outcome, we will care to evaluate the result and find a solution which will make us love it even more. This will continue to expand into a larger loop and eventually become successful. This is not strange, but is rather the law of nature called the 4 Bases of Power which is the principle that our Buddhist Master, the Lord Buddha himself, said by himself to Ananda on the day of the retirement (in brief) that çAnanda, if any person develops Power 4, wishes to live approximately one or more.é This is certainly a clear confirmation of the renewal merit of the 4 Bases of Power that connects morale and vigor at the same time. 1. Desire or satisfaction in life does not mean love or fear of death. Rather, it means the pride that our lives have this kind of satisfaction that can drive life to carry on the distance,
and this pride can only be achieved through the use of knowledge, experience, and abilities to help those who are suffering. Grateful eyes that we receive will be like the battery of life. 2. Diligence or persistence in working after being satisfied with oneûs own actions in helping others, after that, there must be diligence in that action. Success is achieved through patience and perseverance. In addition, diligent work is equivalent to exercising the body to move, which has a positive effect on health. 3. Mind, or the dedication, determination of the action that does not neglect or supervise. The energy we put into the work that we do will be enough to break through obstacles to accomplish important tasks. Focusing on the good, valuable work that we do for others also trains our minds to concentrate on good things that bring happiness. 4. Investigation or reviewing and evaluating what has been done in order to improve the work better, which will return to increase the inspiration to do more of that work. Give more diligence and determination followed by difficult tasks, large tasks that can be accomplished no more than our ability. In addition, diligent consideration is like practicing thinking, stimulating memory, helping the brain not deteriorate quickly.
In summary, çPoweré means success or might, çbahté means the way. Power 4 is the 4 factors to success; it is a continuous component connected to each other. Whenever you need passion or inspiration to work, think about what makes you want to get up and go to work today, the motivation that gives us the energy to live, no matter how hard and tiring work is. However, when there is a willingness to work, there must be diligent persistence in that work, create a mindset, pay attention to responsibility in the work, and use discretion and use wisdom to check the work always. Continue to complete all 4 items, success is definitely not within reach. Finally, I wish you a wonderful discovery of your new life soon. ......................

Conclusion of life to the empty mind Because the law of karma allows humans to design ! From the beginning to this line many people have probably already answered what is the çjoint pointé in the middle of the three rings that you can use as a compass to guide your life and I guarantee that during your life you still breathe. Breathing life will have value, create value, and have meaning in every dimension of life. Because people are çborn, should do goodé, çand although we die, we should leave good things for themé By nature, all living things are afraid of death. Buddhism believes that death is not the end, it is only a transition, what continues to travel is your çmindé. The part that should rot away, the part that stores memories will decay, and the part that is reborn is the mind, which is the accumulation of bad or good karma that we have done. Death is not as scary as you might think. But death is a journey from one point to another, guided by a vehicle of çkarmaé or what we have done. The fact that most human beings are still astray, living as if the day of death never comes, is it a gravely delusional
idea that life is good now, doing good deeds is not as fun as being in a frenzy of eroticism. Selfish, rivalry, to obtain the desired wealth is a life that is extremely reckless because it cannot be a guarantee of what life will bring to you in the future or the afterlife, what will you experience. More than two thousand years ago, people have confirmed life after death all the time, especially teachers who practice good practices according to the principles of the Lord Buddha have confirmed that çrebirth and death do existé. Good karma, bad karma, the results of the scrutiny are real. The truth that we see every day is that animals are born and die all the time, so why are we not aware of death ? Even the Lord Buddha himself did not leave his death, mindfulness meditation, which was the emotional thought of death. One day, he asked Ananda, çAnanda, look, Ananda, how many times a day do you think of death ?é Ananda replied, çThought of death seventh a day, Lord.é He said, çStill far away, Ananda, I think of death with every breath going in and out.é It is normal to think of death as a good thing. Even the Buddha thought of death because he who thought of death knew that he was going to die would not accumulate the sin and not afraid when death has come because we always thought that we were going to die.
This death compares life to death as a person draws a line on the surface of the water. When it appears that there is a line and as soon as that clear line disappears. Life of the beings is like that. Death waits at the end of the breath, if we do not breathe then the state is gone, then sustainability cannot be taken. Therefore, when viewed from another perspective, the frequent remembrance of death has become a noble thing because it reminds us to live with carelessness, steadfast in good deeds, and benefit the world with our full potential. Human beings are animals. The most sublime world of all living things. Finally, when we are fortunate to be born as a human and live our life to its fullest potential, we will leave with a joyful mind without guilt in our hearts because we know that there is a destination, we will go to is the way to prosper forever. Coming to this line, I hope that readers will benefit from this book, more or less. Innovative ideas, solutions to problems that I am willing to offer, and wish everyone to live in the right way, both secularly and spiritually. Wishing everyone to meet good things and live to be the light of the world forever. ......................
