CAD / Here at Niama-Reisser, our team of professional CAD modelers can work withCERTIFIED ENGINEERS you to create some of the most challenging geometric shapes. We can turn around point cloud data or 2-D drawings into 3D Models. Our multiple seats of Pro-E Enterprise SE enables our Masters degree engineers to virtually test your assembly and mechanism with ease. Furthermore, thermal and structural analysis can be integrated. For complex engineering, we utilize the Ansys work-bench application. We are proud of having won the Ansys design competion three years in row. We do have the expertise to tackle any complex scenerio. Workbench enables us to perform state-of-the art structural thermal fatigue and CFD analysis. Our state-of-the-art HPC licenses allow us to use high performance computing clusters. No job is too big or small! REVERSE ENGINEERINGReverse engineering is a necessary step of manufactur-ing parts. Existing parts that have been manufactured foryears but lack any documentation, 3-D Data (CAD FILES)or drawings, need to be digitalized so as to recapture thecurrent “as-is” geometrical state.Once scanned, using white light technology or a CMM /FARO arm, our team will start recreating the surfaces fromthe point cloud data of the scan.From this step on, we can create a solid model and per-form changes or create new documentation for the part. 5-AXIS CNCPRECISION / Here at Niama-Reisser, we have a joint venture with a CAD/CAM software company that enables us to produce precise gears on our 5-Axis DMG CNC. We manufacture helical, spurs, and internal gears sets just to name a few.

We manufacture up to 20,000 gears per annum us- ing conventional methods for production parts and 5 Axis machining for prototype parts. Gears with a module of less than one can also be manufactured using our prototype process. This reduces the R&D overhead substantially to al- ter gears for prototype testing.
