In the 63|57 workshop, you will create two incredible 6 x 6\" cards with magnetic closures. We will be using Stamplistic's Marguerite Cut and Layer stamp, which is extremely user-friendly, to achieve breathtaking results. As the name implies, these cards are loaded with Swarovski crystals: 63 on one and 57 on the other. (With all the Swarovski shine taking place in this class, sun glasses are optional.) Come ready to craft and have some fun! In this is a project-based class, you'll be using your own creativity to turn this Craft Caddy into a beautiful and functional piece for your craft- ing space. The Craft Caddy is a blank canvas waiting to be transformed and customized to match any décor. It measures 13 1/4\" x 10 1/2\" x 8 1/2\" and features two drawers and three open spaces for storing a variety of tools and supplies. It also has a turntable-style base that allows the entire Caddy to rotate around for easy access to all of your supplies. You will have a choice of paper packs to use on your project, as well as inks, papers and some other items. No two will look the same! We will show you how to take your single dies to the next level to create intricate designs for your cards and more with no fussy cutting involved! You will use our Rose and Water Lily single dies to create multi-color, one-piece, flat embellishment focal points, then layer them on your cards with dynamic-looking results! A lot of little tricks will be introduced in class to make this process easier. Needless to say, this class is full of \"aha\" moments. Come learn from the gilding polish and wax master himself! Bill will share his tips and tricks for working with wax and show you what can do with it. It's a simple medium with which you can achieve dramatic results. (You will never look at an embossing folder the same way again!) In class, you will create three cards, plus you will take home a jar of wax in your choice of color just for taking the class. PLEASE NOTE: The wax used in class is turpentine- based.
