GRANTS & NAFA COURSE GUIDE 2022–23 PG 106 SCHOLAR SHIPS CENTRAL PROVIDENT FUND (CPF) EDUCATION LOAN SCHEME GOVERNMENT FINANCIAL SCHEMES Students who are pursuing full-time MOE-funded diploma courses or the MOE-funded degree courses offered by the Royal TUITION GRANT SCHEME College of Music, and are eligible for MOE Tuition Grant (TG) can apply for a loan from their own or their parent’s CPF savings to pay for the tuition fees. (Note: if the student is not a Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident, he/she is required by CPF Diploma Board to provide a guarantor to support the application) The Tuition Grant Scheme (TGS) was introduced by the Government to help students with the cost of tertiary education in Singapore.
