WEDDING MENU OPTIONS You might be thinking about acocktail hour. This is a great way to welcome your guest and refresh them before the formalities.You can offer a few cocktail items or themed cocktail station. 

WEDDING MENU OPTIONS Here are some cocktail items you might consider• Chicken Skewers – BBQ, Jerk, Ginger- pineapple, Spicy thai • Italian Meat Skewers • Meatballs – Beef, Chicken, Turkey• Cheese stuffed chicken bits served with roasted garlic & tomato dip • Pina colada fish bits • Battered fish bites served with cream cheese dip • Salt fish served with plantain dippers • Curried crab and cassava dumpling• Mini roti – Chicken, Beef, Goat, Veggie

WEDDING MENU OPTIONS How about a Specialty Station? Starting at $7US per person you candedicate your welcome to a theme of your choice.Here are some stations that we have done   • Just a fresh splash – Selection of fresh juices and assortment of chilled fruits • Wine and pizza – 4 types of minigourmet pizza served with red and white wine complimented with salad• A little Italy - 4 types of meats, 4 types of cheese, Fruit, Bread & Crackers served with red and white wine • East Indian station – Sada roti served with 4 veggie options

WEDDING MENU OPTIONS (cont'd) • A little bit of Creole – traditional minimeals such as – pelau, dhal rice and bhagi, pork and dumplings etc. • Salad Bar – fresh things, mixed things,veggie things and meats things, all dressed up and served on small plates.

If you are thinking of a sit down dinner to be served buffet style, check these options out starting at $25US you can have Fish Options like • Smoked fish served with coconut spinach gravy• Grilled fish served with lemon basil sauce • Baked fish in tomato herb sauce

WEDDING MENU OPTIONS Chicken Options like • Ginger fried Chicken served with orange sauce  Rosemary baked chicken served with mushroom sauce • Chicken chunks sautéed in creole coconut sauce Beef Options Like • Red wine infused smoked beef • Chunky vegetable beef stew • Spicy curried beef  Pork Options Like• Grilled pork served with rosemary sweet sauce • Just a good local stew pork • Mocha rubbed ribs served with special BBQ Sauce

You can dolittle stations of everything you like!

WEDDING MENU OPTIONSAnd when it’s done and you have partied hard and celebrated, you might be hungry againSo Post reception treats might be in order and here it is. • Corn soup • Bake and shark • Sliders (beef, chicken, turkey, salmon) • Wings • Geera pork • Doubles Choose 1 or more at $3US and up and end the night on street food kinda vibe.
