Fashion Portfolio Parth Bhagat, Mumbai
About Me I’m from a sports background, an avid sports enthusiast. I even went on to pur- sue my undergrad in sports in UK. Mov- ing to UK was a game changer as I was exposed to so many different fields and cultures I found my interest lied in music, film photography and fashion. As time passed by my passion for Fashion has only increased. I carry an exten- sive knowledge about the fashion market in India especially the streetwear space.
Most of my fashion inspiration is derived from the music I listen to, the music videos and album art. Music carries an emotion in it which then sparks an idea The colour combination of this tie dye tshirt throws up the image of faces mixtape by Mac Miller in my head. The colours thrown onto the album art are the inspiration behind the colour se- lection of this tie dye t-shirt from another streetwear brand called tofle.
This fabric used to make this Tshirt is a mix of cotton and lycra, which give this tshirt a smoother texture and look than the normal cotton only tshirt. This T-shirt is made by a street- wear brand named Bluorng. I am a big fan of minimalistic products which have some sort of differ- entiation to it, be that through screen prints or designs. This T-shirt does just that by their Min- imalistic branding in front of the tshirt and screen print at the back of it.
This jacket has a burst of colours on it, similar to that of a cheetah’s skin. Wearing this gives you an increased sense of self confidence due to it’s snake shaped collar
“Don’t just buy clothes which look good, buy clothes which fit you personality”. I am a strong believer in that statement. This is what I feel when I wear clothes that arise from the neutral color palette but especially this olive green tshirt from H&M and box fit beige color pant from Celio.
