Lookbook 2022 Parth Bhagat, Mumbai
About Me I’m from a sports background, an avid sports enthusiast. I even went on to pursue my undergrad in sports in UK. Moving to UK was a game changer as I was exposed to so many different asic, film photography and fashion. As time passed by my passion for Fashion has only increased. I carry an extensive knowledge about the fashion market in India especially the streetwear space.
Fashion & Music This orange Aamras tshirt by Jaywalk- The relationship between fashion and pop- ing with its white flower at the back of ular music is one of abundant and mutual the tshirt closely resembles the artwork creativity. These influences have resulted in of Channel Orange of Frank Ocean. some of the most dynamic apparel visualiza- tions ever created in popular culture. Some exist as memorable creations for the stage and music video; others become long-lasting fashion trends, which settle in the culture to become noteworthy, referential, and lasting.
Most of my fashion inspiration is derived from the music that I listen to, the music videos and album art that I see . Music carries an emotion in it which then sparks an idea in me. The colour combination of this tie dye tshirt throws up the image of faces mixtape by Mac Miller in my head. The colours thrown onto the album art are the inspiration be- hind the colour selection of this tie dye t-shirt from another streetwear brand called tofle.
STREETWEAR This fabric used to make this Tshirt is a mix of cotton and ly- cra, which give this tshirt a smooth texture and look than the normal ‘cotton only’ tshirt. This T-shirt is made by a streetwear brand named Bluorng. I am a big fan of minimalistic products which have some sort of differentiation to it, be that through screen prints or designs. This T-shirt does just that by their Minimalistic branding in front of the tshirt and screen print at the back of it.
Puffer Jacket This jacket has a burst of colours on it, similar to that of a cheetah’s skin. Wearing this gives you an increased sense of self confidence due to it’s upturned collar which gives this puffer jacket a snake shaped look.
“Don’t just buy clothes which look good, buy clothes which fit you personality”. I am a strong believer in that statement. This is what I feel when I wear clothes that arise from the neutral color palette and clothes which have an oversized fit to it. This oversized olive green tshirt from H&M and box fit beige color pant from Celio certainly make me feel the most comfortable.
