ΟΔΗΓΙΕΣ ΣΥΜΠΛΗΡΩΣΗΣ The purpose of the Developmental Areas Questionnaire (DE.AR.Q.) is to serve as a resource guide for identifying areas to focus in the next 12 months. Read each sentence carefully and put next to ALL those you would find important to further develop so that you and your team are better suited to handle ongoing changes in global business environment and in client needs. During your first meeting with your coach, you will have the opportunity to elaborate on these. You coach’s role will be to support you into identifying these areas of development that are most important for you.
