COMMON SPORTS INJURIES Sprain •is a stretching or tearing of ligaments.The most common location for a sprain is in your ankle. Strain •is an overstretched, torn,or twisted tendon of muscle. Sport Injuries •Occurs during athletic activities or physical exertion.The example images are some of the most commonly occuring sports injuries.

Fracture •is a break,usually in a bone.If the broken bone punctures the skin,it is called an open compound fractures. Dislocation •is a joint injury that forces the ends of your bones out of position.

Concussion •is a traumatic brain injury that affects your brain function.
