Club Epicure is an exclusive Club for very refined gourmets and foodies, based in London.The main objective of the Club is to give its members the opportunity to know and experience thebest of the current wine and food world.The Club wants to help its members to better understand the culture of wine and food both from apurely technical point of view and from the historical and social implications of tradition andcivilization.All this in an aura of prestige, sophistication and oenological, gastronomic and cultural exclusivityand, at the same time, amiability and cordiality; Art, music, tradition, oenology and gastronomy,quality, refinement, elegance and luxury come together around a single table in a convivialgathering of knowledge, lifestyle, emotions, sensations and well-being.Another important goal is to connect the Club members directly to top-level food and wineproducers and operators, wherever they are, to give to each member a chance to read up, converse,test, taste, and be able to order, directly through the Club, the best niche food and wine excellenceswhether they are in the UK, Italy, Spain, France or anywhere else in the world.The perception of quality, even luxury, is evolving from superficial to substantial. It is no longer amatter of portraying an image through excesses, logos and ostentation, but through products ofexcellence that have substance, quality, style and integrity.Club Epicure is a brand of substance, quality and integrity - an expression of refinement andmodern quality. Club Epicure selects some producers and their products to be part of the unique with exclusivity criteria.The selection of the producers is carried out, after a favourable opinion of the Technical Committee,identifying a number of excellent producers, located all over the world, considered to berepresentative of the best available on the market, for the various product sectors of the food andwine industry.Which manufacturers and products meet these criteria is decided by the Technical Committee. Allcandidates are selected through a formal evaluation process that includes tastings and produceridentification across various geographic areas. Each producer can be selected for up to 3 productlines (eg wine, oil, olives)Once the initial selection is over, the products so selected are placed in the exclusive EpicureExcellence Selection, which can be consulted online by Epicure Members and where the exclusivefeatures of the product are reported for each selected product.The Epicure Members, in this way, can select the best products and thanks to the sophisticated salesservice, managed directly by Club Epicure, directly order and to purchase such products .The Club has set up a brand name of \"Epicure Excellence Award\" to reward excellence in the foodand wine industry and in hospitality. 4

The Technical Committee provides technical advice on all areas where the Club operates.The opinion of the Technical Committee is binding on the acceptance of new producers.Are part of the Technical Committee experts appointed ad hoc by the Executive Committee toprovide their specific technical experience in the various sectors where Epicure operates. Individual Member, not interested in the opportunities and activities offered by the social life of theClub. Only interested to take advantage of the opportunity to order ad purchase directly by theEpicure Excellence Selection.To join the Club, he is not required to pay a membership fee, but simply sign up as a Foodie Membermaking a purchase order.The Foodie member periodically receives the Epicure Newsletter. He does not have the right toreceive the membership card. He can attend 2 Club Events against full payment, to evaluate apotential interest in utilizing also the opportunities and activities offered by the Club's social life. Hedoes not qualify for any discount.Individual Basic Member, interested not only to take advantage of the opportunity opportunity toorder and purchase directly by the Epicure Excellence Selection, but even interested in theopportunities and activities offered by the social life of the Club.To join the Club, he is required to pay the basic membership fee per annum.The Gourmet member receives the Basic Membership Card and periodically the EpicureNewsletter. He can attend all the Club's Events against full payment. He receives discounts forsome agreed services from the Club’s Partners.Individual Full Member of the Club.To join the Club, he is required to pay the full membership fee per annum.He receives the Full Membership Card and periodically the Epicure Newsletter. He is part byofficio of the Advisory Committee. He can attend all the Club's events: some of them for free andall the others receiving a discount. He receives discounts to purchase from the Epicure ExcellenceSelection and the agreed services from the Club’s Partners.Individual Member nominated, at the discretion, of the Executive Committee.He must be a person who, with his prestige, contributes to the prestige of the Club. He is not requiredto pay a membership fee.He receives a Membership Card as Honorary Member and periodically the Epicure Newsletter. Hecan attend all the Club's events: some of them for free and all the others receiving a discount. Hereceives discounts to purchase the Club “Excellencies Selection” and the agreed services from theClub’s Partners.They are enthusiasts who want to effectively contribute to the life of the Club and also providefinancial support. Usually they are organizations and companies. 6

The Executive Committee of the Club is composed of at least 3 members, of whom 2, are chosenamong the members of Absolute Emotions Limited.The Advisory Committee provides non-binding opinions on social activities of the Club.All the Epicurean Members and at least 3 Ambassadors, appointed by the Executive Committee, arepart of the Advisory Committee.Personality, appointed at the discretion of the Executive Committee, on the proposal of theTechnical Committee. They are well-known people required to have a wide professional experienceand to be linked to the world of food and beverage. With their technical and professional skills, onone hand they give prestige to the Club and on the other contribute significantly to the developmentof Club’s Social Life. They must be chosen between Epicurean Members or Honorary Members. Atthe time of appointment, they receive a certificate attesting their status of Ambassador.
