Jackson Lewis Nationwide Legal, LLC proposes the following discounts and complimentary services predicated upon being the exclusive attorney support services and messenger service provider for Jackson Lewis. Nationwide Legal will provide the following U.S. MAIL • Complimentary nightly U.S. Mail pickup, Monday through Friday, except when a holiday falls on a weekday. Pickup will be from Jackson Lewis and delivered to the U.S. Postal Distribution Center. FEDERAL EXPRESS • holiday falls on a weekday. Pickup will be from Jackson Lewis and delivered to Federal Express. MESSENGER DELIVERIES • the Los Angeles area for your Los Angeles location. • 20% discount off of the base rate on all pro bono charges. • 20% discount off of the base rate for all return trip deliveries. DAILY COURT RUN • Scheduled daily court run for filings at a designated time. Billed at a flat rate per job. BILLING REQUIREMENTS • Invoicing can be daily, weekly, semi-monthly (15th and 30th), or monthly. A hard copy of the invoice can be mailed or a digital copy can be emailed. The preferred invoicing format sub- totals all jobs by client matter number and separates each matter by page break. Standard payment terms are Net 30 days of the date of the invoice, but alternative terms can be negotiated.

Jackson Lewis CHECK CHARGES FOR ADVANCED FEES • Nationwide Legal will waive the 10% check charge. COURT UPDATES • Nationwide Legal will provide Jackson Lewis via email, all court updates and bulletins. ON-SITE FACILITIES COORDINATOR • Nationwide Legal will provide Jackson Lewis with a fully trained on-site coordinator, approved by and subject to the policies and procedures set forth by the firm, equipped with a computer networked to all of Nationwide Legal offices, Monday through Friday. BACK UP ON-SITE FACILITIES COVERAGE • Nationwide Legal will provide a dedicated back up on-site coordinator trained by the permanent on-site on the policies and procedures of the firm. This will ensure a smooth transition in the event the permanent on-site is out sick, on vacation, or an emergency arises that requires coverage.
