#8 YELLOW ORB EXERCISE | OFFERING SAFTEY FOR THOSE ANIMALS EXPOSED TO VOLATILE COLD WEATHER CONDITIONS Inspired by the desire & intention to create a real place of warmth, safety & comfort for animals to find refuge while exposed to harsh & inhospitable cold weather conditions. The more you practice holding space for this place, the more solidified it becomes in this reality. This is now a safe place YOU guard, for animals to access & find refuge. With this exercise you can change the animal to which you call to and become – I am using feral cats in this example as they are constantly exposed to harsh and deadly conditions when left outside unattended in snow, sleet and rain. But sit with it and see if there is a different type of animal that comes to you for assistance, trust it & see where it leads you! It helps to look at, or draw a picture of, the animal. It also helps to DRAW your place afterwards or somehow represent it visually within the 3D world - it helps to solidify it, here, in this now! Get into a comfortable, meditative state. Set your intention, for your work to be in the highest and 100% best good of all, carried out in the most loving, gentle & grace filled way as possible. Bring a feral cat as up in your mind. Ask to connect, with the most high intention, for the best good of all. See what response you receive. Now, see her soft, multi-colored calico fur, long with a fluffy tail. Smell her sweet scent and see yourself reflected in her large, green, eyes. Start to feel your face begin to change, with tendrils of fur spreading over your cheeks. Feel your ears flatten and spread, your jaw rounds and your upper lips puff out growing whiskers. Feel your nose get smaller and wet. Feel your arms and legs grow delicately shorter and thin. Picture yourself,
breathing into the cat nose, and out the cat mouth. You ARE the cat. HOLD this image. Now, once you feel you are in the cat’s energy – bring up in your mind a very warm, very comfortable living room. Picture this place in your mind as clear as you can, really FEEL it, with all of your senses. See the cushy soft carpet butting up against a stone fireplace floor. Feel the heat of the crackling logs as you sit in front of the fire on a plush, cushioned bed. Smell the scent of warm cinnamon, and the breeze of a lazy fan gently moving overhead. FEEL it, as if you were there, because you ARE. This is a place a cat in need, may easily access, to heal if necessary, finding safety & solace from the COLD. HOLD this image. Now, surround this place completely with a gigantic, yellow orb of loving energy & protection, so that this entire magical living room is within the orb. Feel as the more you focus on it, the stronger, more brighter, and more love filled it becomes. Offering protection, comfort & loving healing to those contained within. HOLD this image. Now, picture the cat IN there too. See cats - all sizes, ages, colors and types – come running into this place. Joyously & thankfully they walk, run, leap, bound in! See them coming through the open windows and open doors. See how the magical yellow orbed area expands effortlessly to accommodate them ALL comfortably. HOLD this image. Now, see this yellow orb, so filled with love & life, see it begin to shrink, with everything and everyone in it. See it get smaller and smaller until it can fit in the palm of your hand. Feel the weight of it there as it sits on your palm. Now, place that little yellow orb into your heartspace. Surround it by your protective love. HOLD this image. Thank you, thank you, thank you. #9 CLOSING EVIL FACILITIES EXERCISE | USING THE POWER OF VISUALIZATION TO CLOSE DOWN ANIMAL EXPLOITATION & SLAVERY FACILITIES – FOR THE HIGHEST GOOD OF ALL Inspired by the desire & intention to bring awareness to facilities which harbor evil & which exploit, imprison, murder and profit off animals and their excretions, body parts & vampire their energies for insidious means. When we focus on & bring our neutral attention to, these places, we may visualize them closing down in the most gentle, loving, compassionate way, and for the most high intention and good of all. By visualizing to manifest in this way, we create a pathway for the facilities to resolve themselves in a way which is beneficial for all. We need not concern ourselves with the details of HOW it will come into fruition, but rather focus and empower the fact that it IS destined to do so. The universe has got our back & will follow our directions through our FEELING the OUTCOME into existence. Because we are unaware for the most part the pathway that needs to be taken for the most high intentioned closure to come into being, the time required is relatively unknown. The more we practice focusing our intention in this way, the more we empower our visualization into existence. It helps to look at, or draw a picture of, the facility you are focusing on. Get into a comfortable, meditative state. Set your intention, for your work to be in the highest and 100% best good of all, carried out in the most loving, gentle & grace filled way as possible. Now, neutralize your emotions by beginning to breathe into your heart. [As you breathe in through your nose, slowly and steadily imagine love going into your heart. See it as a golden stream of loving energy entering through your nose and traveling through your heart into the space behind your heart. Here there is a rose
which slowly opens with your loving breath. Hold it there for a moment. Then, gently exhale out through your mouth, seeing it as a rainbow stream filled with all of your emotions, fears, worries – all streaming out through your mouth. You can make whatever exhale noise feels right as it will help in cleansing out your heartspace. Keep going in this manner until all you feel is warm, bright, golden, NEUTRAL love resonating from your heart. Keep going until all you feel is the love – it is helpful to imagine someone or something you really love and then simply focus on the warm feeling that comes when you think about them.] HOLD this feeling. Bring the facility up in your mind. See it enclosed within a blue orb of protection, so as to transmute any negative frequencies omitting from it. While in this blue orb of protection the facility is contained and can not negatively effect you. HOLD this image. Now, ask the animals within the facility to assist you in your visualization. Let them know your positive intentions for them and that you need their assistance. Send them your love. HOLD this feeling. Now, visualize the facility closing, for the highest good of all. See the entire place empty, deserted. You may see it becoming something positive, a place which helps animals. If so, feel it becoming a location which oozes love, compassion, connection and understanding. If it is a building you may see the building demolished, or repurposed is this way. Do not get caught up on HOW this outcome comes to be but rather hold the FEELING of it no longer running as it once was. Do not worry about what happens to the animals, just focus on them no longer being imprisoned or used in this way – for their most highest good and in the most gentle way as possible. See them happy, healthy and
loved – in whatever dimensional space they find themselves in. Trust the universe to deliver. HOLD this feeling. Now, thank the animals for helping you in your visualization. Seal the facility in your love by seeing it enclosed in the blue orb and gently floating away like a balloon, getting smaller and smaller, until you can no longer see it. HOLD this image. Thank you, thank you, thank you. It is done.
#10 RAINBOW ROAD EXERCISE | OFFERING SAFTEY FOR THOSE CONDEMNED TO SLAUGHTER Inspired by the desire & intention to create a real place of safety for animals en route to slaughter. The more you practice holding space for, and focusing on, this road & destination, the more solidified it becomes in this reality. This is now a safe place YOU guard, for those animals condemned to slaughter, to access & find refuge. With this exercise you can change the animal to which you call to and become – I am using the pig as they are one of the most abused & exploited, and such a close mirror to humanity. But see what animals come to you for assistance & modify the exercise to suit them. It helps to look at, or draw a picture of, the animal. It also helps to DRAW your road & place afterwards or somehow represent it visually within the 3D world - it helps to solidify it, here, in this now! Get into a comfortable, meditative state. Set your intention, for your work to be in the highest and 100% best good of all, carried out in the most loving, gentle & grace filled way as possible. Bring the pig up in your mind. Ask to connect, with the most high intention, for the best good of all. See what response you receive. Now, see the pig’s pink skin, coarse hairs and hooded feet. Smell his sweet scent of hay and earthy muds. Feel his heart beating in unison with your own, focus on that shared beat and see yourself begin to become the pig. Feel your skin wrinkle and hairs begin to poke through. Feel your ears grow, snout elongate, nose flatten. Hear your shallow breath and imagine breathing in through the pig’s nose and out the pig’s mouth. HOLD this image.
Now, once you are in the pig’s energy, imagine yourself as a pig en route to a slaughterhouse. Regardless of how you were raised, you end up on the same truck as every other pig set to be slaughtered. See the trucks, and feel how it is to be enclosed inside one. Hear the squeals, grunts and sighs, the morning, heavy breathing and constrained movements. Smell perspiration, excrement, vomit and worry. Feel the temperature vary between extremes – the icy cold winds stinging sunburned skin. Shift your weight from one foot to the next, sides pressed firmly against neighboring flesh. HOLD this image. Now, see the truck from the outside – see how it moves, jerking and swaying along the road. It’s deafening engine roar, drowning out the pig cries. Feel how the truck shakes & turns, hard and cold. HOLD this image. Now, see a rainbow of shimmering energy appear in the road before the truck, creating a new road. A magical, loving, comforting, compassionate road, a road to somewhere else. A rainbow road which delicately stretches up into the sky. HOLD this image. Now, see yourself once again from inside the truck, as the pig. Feel the glow of the rainbow road’s loving energy pulse through the open, round, truck windows. See that twinkling rainbow energy fill the entire truck cabin, engulfing you, and all the other pigs. All of you swimming in this loving, safe, relieving, rainbow energy. This energy becoming so thick you can barely see the towering truck walls. You can barely feel the jerk or sway. Slowly the walls begin to fade, thinner and thinner until they are completely gone. And then, you and your friends find yourselves floating carelessly and loved in a rainbow cloud, traveling along the rainbow road. HOLD this image.
Now, see how there are many, many trucks coming up from behind you, also beginning to drive upon the rainbow road. Watch how these trucks also dissolve, leaving only happy, contented and loved pigs, floating down the rainbow road, following behind you. See how this rainbow road leads straight into your own heartspace. Feel this rainbow bridge securely grounded in your heart. Feel as the animals gently make their way to safety inside your heartspace. HOLD this image. Thank you, thank you, thank you. It is done.
#11 HOLDING NEUTRALITY WHEN TRIGGERED EXERCISE | KEEPING A SUNNY DAY WHEN THE STORM OF IGNORANCE ATTEMPTS TO ROLL IN Inspired by the desire & intention to keep hold of our neutral state, even when faced with intense ignorance, low-vibe states of being, hatred, violence, terror and helplessness from our animal families. When we hold a strong neutral position, absolutely nothing can trigger us into negative emotions or low vibration actions and words. When we are empowered in this way, we are able to hold our positive, loving visualizations in the face of any visual, auditory or emotional stimuli attempting to purposefully break us from this neutral stance. We develop an energetic thick skin – we become the immovable elephant, the armored snake, the tortoise in his impenetrable shell. We can help ourselves and others through the steadfast power of our own resilience. We can practice this, and therefore it becomes more easy, to stay stronger within our truth – the more we practice, the more our energetic boundaries become solidified – the malevolent, destructive energies can not get in. The more you challenge yourself – in a loving, gentle and compassionate way – the more powerfully your inner-light will shine. This exercise is best used while in an environment which does not assist you in sustaining your positive visualization. Go somewhere where you are typically triggered – the grocery store meat isle, a mall, a pet store, being around your non-vegan family members or friends talking or eating, petting zoo, slaughterhouse (advanced level) – anywhere where you are exposed to sights and sounds which trigger a negative reaction or response within you. You can also listen to a video which holds opinions opposite to your truth. The point of this exercise is to challenge yourself to stay neutral, even when faced with startling ignorance & unfeeling humans. Start small and then go to more challenging places. Make sure you find a comfortable place to sit or stand there with your eyes closed. It is good to get
into a positive, neutral space BEFORE you enter the unsupportive environment as you first start off. Get into a comfortable, meditative state, wherever you are practicing in this moment. Set your intention, for your work to be in the highest and 100% best good of all, carried out in the most loving, gentle & grace filled way as possible. Call to the elephant, the snake and the tortoise to assist you in your practice. Now, neutralize your emotions by beginning to breathe into your heart. [As you breathe in through your nose, slowly and steadily imagine love going into your heart. See it as a golden stream of loving energy entering through your nose and traveling through your heart into the space behind your heart. What colors tickle your senses? See the blue cloudless sky, hear the breeze gently rustling through tree leaves, maybe a butterfly floats by? Can you smell the flowers? What do they look like? Are you near water? Are there animals in there with you? What are
they doing? Every detail you can FEEL helps to solidify this reality into the now. HOLD this feeling. Now, notice how their are sounds going on all around you. Noises, voices, smells, an entire world happening simultaneous to you creating your sunny day. But you can choose to not let any of that effect you. You make the choice as to what you bless with your attention. Everything and every time you focus on something you transfer a piece of your energy to it. Practice holding in your energy and concentrating on the sunny day ONLY. See your sunny day as a balloon of energy and your focus keeping it afloat and filled with air. Every time you are distracted by something else, a hole prick appears in the balloon letting out air. Seal the hole with your love and refocus your attention. Continue to focus and empower your sunny day, no matter what you hear or smell or feel around you. HOLD the image of the sunny day as long as you can. Practice and see how long you can hold your sunny day – the more you practice, the longer you can hold your visualization in the face of any outside trigger. Challenge yourself with more and more triggering locations and people. Thank you, thank you, thank you. It is done.
#12 CONNECTING TO YOUR ANIMAL COMPANION THROUGH EASY TELEPATHY EXERCISE Inspired by the desire & intention for us all to begin practicing easy telepathy with the help of our own animal companions, and the animals we are interacting with in our daily lives! By simply aligning our intention with our thoughts, feelings, emotions and actions, we move into a space of clear communication and understanding within our interactions with other beings. We interact with “others” using our voice, but much of the information we import actually comes through/is transferred through, our thoughts, feelings and emotions. We may say one thing with our words, yet our thoughts, feelings, and emotions impart an entirely different message and meaning. In order to move into a place of alignment with our intentions and actions/thoughts/feelings/emotions, we must first become present within the moment, neutralize our emotions by releasing any inhibiting ones from our heartspace, & clear & quiet our thoughts. Coming into a place of peace within our energies and grounding down helps to quiet the mind. Move into a position of quiet witness – notice your own thoughts and do not engage them. Simply state - I do not have to think about that right now, if it’s important I will think about it later - and then return to a place of peace within your mind. Animals (human and non) read our energy and minds when determining what we are communicating to them. They can feel our emotional state and can see the image and videos we have running through our mind. They can feel our true intentions underlying any fake narrative. In order to communicate as clearly as possible, we must make sure what we have in our mind matches our emotional state and reaffirms any verbal statement we are making. We want to feel that what we desire is already occurring.
So – for example, say you would like your cat to come to you on the couch. You may call your cat, getting increasingly more desperate sounding and feeling. Perhaps you are watching him lay across the room from you unresponsive. So in your mind you have an image of him laying ignoring you – you are reinforcing to him with this image and your feelings of desperation that he should stay where he is, contrary to your verbal request. If instead you sit on the couch with your eyes closed and ground down your energies, clearing the mind, you will find it easy to hold an image in your mind of your cat sitting next to you already on the couch. If you really feel him there next to you – see him, hear him, smell him – you are in fact calling him to you with your energy. You can call him out loud or in your mind, but simultaneously hold the image and feeling of him already there with you. Once we begin to do this we will notice a difference that the subtle correction and heightened awareness makes & how often & necessary it is to practice. Try picturing your dog going potty in your mind when outside on a bathroom break, it lets him know that’s what you want. Or, see and feel them coming to eat, or coming in from play – see them running towards you and stopping & sitting right in front of you patiently. Try it with wild animals – sit quietly under a tree with your eyes closed and picture a bird landing in front of you. Really feel her there, walking in the grass, scratching and chirping. Feel and see yourself relaxed and at peace, you can see local animals like squirrels approaching you, laying down and relaxing around you – this tells the animals of your intentions. They know not to have fear and understand your behavior better. Often as humans we get trapped in rememories – remembering the same memories and then playing them in our heads anytime we are in a similar situation – expecting the situation to turn out in the same way. We must be mindful of how our rememories are affecting and helping to direct what is coming into our lives. Every moment is new and holds all possibility, what was does not determine what
is. Go into every new experience or connection completely open and with childlike wonder. So, we want to focus on what we WANT instead of what we do NOT want. Too often we will replay images and videos of what we do not want to have happen in our mind – especially if that exact scenario has happened to us in the past (rememory). So we are asking our dog to sit and stay yet we are showing him a video in our mind of him running away from us, because that is what he usually does. He is hearing you say one thing, yet you are showing him a video of the opposite – he is going to honor your thoughts and feelings over your empty words. Once we realize how we are communicating (or often miss- communicating) we can begin to line up our words and actions with our thoughts, feelings, emotions and intentions. The more we calm down and slow down when interacting with other beings, the greater our capacity to pick up the very subtle feelings, symbols, messages, images, etc., coming through in our connection. Release all expectation and open yourself to receive, without judgment. Move into a meditative, theta state and you enter another realm from which truthful communication and authentic understanding dwells. Challenge yourself to purposely interact with the animals in your life in this way over the next two weeks. Their are so many ways to use this! I used to practice calling to insects and having them land on my fingertips – and they did, over and over again. I practice when taking spiders outside too, show the spider a video in your mind of them getting onto a piece of paper you are holding & then you taking them outside and gently letting them walk off, free. They will get on the paper. Show house flies how you’ll take them back out to the sunshine if they land in your hand - and they will. Explain to rescued animals your intentions by showing them a video of a warm bed & you hugging them sweetly. Taking the time to connect in this way helps – you
alleviate their fears over not understanding your intentions. It clarifies things. I remember the first time I ever received 100% confirmation that this is real. I was sitting on my couch and with my mind I called to our then only cat, Ignacio. I showed him an image of him sitting next to me on the cushion and then I sent this image to him by blowing it to him with my out-breath. The secret is to really FEEL as though what you envision is already happening. It is these feelings which pull actions and circumstance to you. Ignacio then got up, walked across the room, & hopped up to sit next to me, exactly as I had shown him. It is good to write down your experiences, the messages you receive, feelings, perceptions – whatever comes up is present for a reason. It is important.
