Who we are Capecon Construction is a construction company specializing in various sectors of the construction industry. Based in Cape Town, we quickly expanded and opened up a Southern Cape division in 2020, thus cementing itself in the Western Cape as a leader in the construction sector.​ ​ Our scope includes construction of Healthcare Facilities, Industrial Developments, Commercial Properties, Residential Properties and Student Accommodation projects. We have the expertise and resources to successfully undertake any project ranging from R1million to R100million. ​ Our Board of Directors have a combined experience of 40 years in Residential construction and 20 years in the construction of Commercial, Industrial and Healthcare facilities. ​ ​Since its inception, Capecon Construction has been known for delivering quality construction and Client service.
