Dy. Mamlatdar can view the approved/not approved profile of citizen by clicking on“Show Citizen Profile”
Dy. Mamlatdar can view the verified/not-verified documents uploaded by citizen byclicking on “Show Uploaded Documents”
Dy. Mamlatdar write comments in comments box. If he/she click on “Recommended”button, pop-up message will appear for successful approval of application. Then clickon “Print” button to print citizen service certificate. Then after, click on “Send LowerAuthority” button to dispose that application from Digital Gujarat.
By logging, ATVT/JSK operator go to “Application Received (Approved)” menu fromCitizen. List of Approved applications will appear in this screen. Operator have toreceive all those applications by marking check box and then click on “Receive” button.
Operator have to dispose/outward received application. For that, operator goes to“Citizen Application Dispose” menu.
Citizen Application Dispose screen will looks like this. Operator have to selectapplication number from select box and click on “Show Details” button. Applicationinformation will be shows as below.
Click on “Outward” button to dispose the application from Digital Gujarat Portal.
Pop-up message will appear as shown in below screen.(NOTE: operator have to check service delivery option in this regard. As if citizen selectservice delivery as “By Post”, Concerned JSK have to send the signed certificate to citizen viapost on address mentioned by citizen. Also one register should be maintain for this thing.
Citizen can view the status of his/her application in Citizen Dashboard Screen,i.e. 1Application is approved by Mamlatdar Mansa.
Citizen can directly print the approved service certificate from “Download IssuedDocuments” link from citizen dashboard. Click on “Print Certificate” to print approvedcertificate.
District Authority can check the status of How many online applications are Drafted,Submitted, Office Received & Disposed.
Click on “Citizen District Wise Summary” from Citizen MIS. Select date range & click on“Show Report” button
