Keynote Speakers Captain Dave Ellison Captain David Ellison is the Area/Regional Pharmacy Consultant for the Health Resources and Services Administration. He has a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Kansas University. Since 1972, he has served as a Pharmacist for the VA and the United States Army Reserve, as well as Acting Director Area Supply Service Center for the Indian Health Service. He is the recipient of numerous awards and was also named USPHS Pharmacist of the Year.Echohawk LefthandEchohawk Lefthand is Dine from RedMesa, Arizona. He is an advocate forthe use of indigenous teachings as aresilience tool in suicideprevention. He has held numerousworkshops for building youthresilience, in addition to assisting thePresident and Vice President of theNavajo Nation in various high schoolinitiatives. Earl Bullhead Earlwin Bullhead is a member of the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe. He is a performer and educator with over 20 years’ experience teaching Lakota Language, Song, Dance, History and Culture. Earl has produced numerous Lakota song albums with his drum group Ikce Wicasa. He is an experienced presenter. Earl has been an avid advocate in the sobriety movement throughout Indian country.
