The Rosary The word Rosary means \"Crown of Roses\". Our Lady has revealed to several people that each time they say a Hail Mary they are giving her a beautiful rose and that each complete Rosary makes her a crown of roses. The rose is the queen of flowers, and so the Rosary is the rose of all devotions and it is therefore the most important one. The Holy Rosary is considered a perfect prayer because within it lies the awesome story of our salvation. Virgin Mary has invited us to say the Rosary as a powerful weapon against evil, to bring us to true peace. This is a prayer where we join Mary, and with her remember stories about her Son. When we pray the Rosary, we say certain prayers, like the Our Father and Hail Mary. But we also remember stories that are called \"mysteries.\"
Mysteries are stories about God, and so we never know enough about them. They never get old, because they keep telling us things we never knew before. The Rosary tells the story of Jesus, in four parts. Joyful Mysteries (are happy stories of Jesus' life) Luminous Mysteries (remind us to follow Jesus, the light of the world) Sorrowful Mysteries (These stories of Jesus tell us not to give up, God will make us strong enough to go on) Glorious Mysteries (tell us what happened after Jesus died)
46th Living Rosary & May Crowning Glorious Mysteries The Resurrection of Our Lord The Ascension or Our Lord into Heaven The Descent of the Holy Spirit upon the Apostles The Assumption or Our Lady into Heaven The Coronation of Our Lady as Queen of Heaven and Earth
Prayers
Apostles Creed I believe in God, the Father almighty, Creator of heaven and earth, and in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died and was buried; he descended into hell; on the third day he rose again from the dead; he ascended into heaven, sits at the right hand of God the Father Almighty; from thence He shall come to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy Catholic Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and life everlasting. Amen. Our Father Our Father, Who art in Heaven, hallowed be Thy name; Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen
Hail Mary Hail Mary, full of grace, the LORD is with thee, blessed are thou amongst women and blessed is the fruit of Thy womb, Jesus, Holy Mary, mother of God, pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death. AmenAñadir un poco de texto Glory Be Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit. As it was in the beginning is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen. Fatima Prayer O my Jesus, forgive us our sins, save us from the fires of hell, lead all souls to Heaven, especially those in most need of Thy Mercy. Amen
Hail Holy Queen Hail, Holy Queen, Mother of Mercy, our life, our sweetness, and our hope. To thee do we cry, poor banished children of Eve; to thee do we send up our sighs, mourning and weeping in this vale of tears. Turn, then, most gracious Advocate, thine eyes of mercy toward us; and after this our exile show unto us the blessed fruit of thy womb, Jesus; O clement, O loving, O sweet Virgin Mary. Amen
Songs
Bring Flowers of the Rarest Stop on minute 2:00 Bring flowers of the fairest, Bring flowers of the rarest From garden and woodland And hillside and vale. Our full hearts are swelling, Our glad voices telling The praise of the loveliest Rose of the vale. O Mary! We crown thee With blossoms today Queen of the Angels, Queen of the May. (2x) Our voices ascending, In harmony blending, Oh! Thus may our hearts turn Dear Mother, to thee; Oh! Thus shall we prove thee How truly we love thee, How dark without Mary Life´s journey would be.
Rosary Children We are Rosary children With these beads we´re building a world Of peace and love In the heart of Mary Joy is all we carry So we can rise above And live in His love. Jesus waits for those who pray Every day He calls your name Listen to His voice There´s no time left to lose You can choose to love right now. Listen to His voice! We are Rosary children With these beads we´re building a world Of peace and love In the heart of Mary Joy is all we carry So we can rise above And live in His love. (4x)
