Ms. Monica J. Ms. Arce thinks that there is a high demand in the logistics sector, especially with the current situation. She gave us a background on PTCAT, where they only had 11 employees during the pandemic but their number grew rapidly. As a result, both shipments and clients increased. That is why the logistics sector is in great demand because most consumers buy their products or goods online, and most of the online sellers have partnered with their preferred third-party logistics. I have had many tasks assigned to me since the beginning of my training as an intern, such as photocopying and scanning different documents, logging particular details in various logbooks, filling out forms for import and export documents, filling out waybill and delivery receipts for each container number from a bill of lading document, and many more. I'm pleased with my OJT company because it is in line with my course and major. Yes, I think that I am in a healthy workplace environment because they are dependable, accommodating, and friendly. PTCAT has no branches outside the Philippines, although Ms. Arce thinks PTCAT should have a branch in Italy as some of the shipments from overseas that she has encountered originated in Italy. PTCAT monitors their international deliveries by checking the shipment’s estimated time of arrival on the shipping lines track, tracing the cargo on the website, or by contacting the shipping lines or a third-party logistics provider like DHL.
