(a) TO AVAIL OUR SERVICES FIRSTLY YOU HAVE TO PURCHASE SUBSCRIPTION OF AR MEMBERSHIP IN JUST RS 499/- . (B) AFTER SUBSCRIPTION CUSTOMERS WILL RECEIVED A MEMBERSHIP CARD WITH THE ALL DETAILS LIKE COMPNAY CUSTOMER CARE NUMBERS , MEMBERSHIP NUMBER, ADDRESS AND OTHER ESSENTIAL INFORMATION.
(C) WHENEVER ANY SERVICE REQUIRED TO OUR MEMBERS, THEY WILL required to CALL OUR CUSTOMER CARE NUMBERS TO REGISTER THEIR SERVICE REQUESTS. COMPANY CUSTOMER RELATION OFFICER WILL REGISTER MEMBER’S SERVICE REQUEST AND WILL GIVE A COMPLAIN NUMBER TO MEMBERS WHICH IS USED AS A PASSWORD WHILE VISITING TECHNICAL TEAM AT MEMBER’S DOORSTEP.
(D) THERE WILL BE NO VISIT CHARGE OF TECHNICIANS TO VISIT OUR MEMBERS’S HOME. ALL REPAIR / SERVICES CHARGES WILL ONLY BE ACCORDING TO PRICE LIST. (F) OUR MEMBERS HAVE THE RIGHTS TO BUY THE SPARES PARTS FROM ANY VENDORSIF ANY REQUIRED DURING REPAIR. THEY ARE NOT BOUND TO BUY SPARES FROM AR TOTAL CARE SERVICE.

(c) We provide services first register first attend basis only. However We can upgrade the service request as per the emergency nature of service. (d) All repairs cover warranty period from 15 days to 06 months depend on kind of repair. No extra charge will be taken by company during said period .
(e) whenever our members call our executive for any service they already know the charge of service as we provide them the rate list at the time of membership subscription. (f) Our technical executives visit MEMBER’S home in company uniform and with I card to avoid any security lapse.
(g) we provide to our members cashless experience by providing bar code on membership card held with members and I card of our technical executive. (h) If no suitable person for paying the amount is present at Our members house , our members have the facility to pay the amount within 24 hours.
(j) feedback mechanism is follow to increase the satisfaction level of services. Each and every service request will only be closed after getting feedback of members. (k) Monthly visit are made by company service manager and customer relation officer for rectifying the observations if any.
