Sonoma Hills Farm is a premium craft cannabis farm and culinary garden located in the Sonoma Valley’s Petaluma Gap appellation, one of the nation’s premier wine terroirs. Led by Aaron Keefer, former lead gardener for the Thomas Keller Group & The French Laundry, the Farm strives to be a cultural and educational intersection of small farm cannabis and traditional agriculture, cultivating world-class cannabis for people who are passionate about the plant. Craft Cannabis Sonoma Hills Farm sustainably cultivates premium, pesticide-free craft cannabis under the California sun. Our intention at Sonoma Hills Farm is to bridge cannabis with Sonoma’s rich agricultural legacy by introducing craft cannabis to the farm-to-table lifestyle. Mike Harden FOUNDER & CEO Mike Harden is founder and CEO of Sonoma Hills Farm. A passionate entrepreneur, he is also founder and partner at Big Rock Partners, a San Francisco-based strategic advisory firm dedicated to serving the cannabis, hospitality, and wellness communities in California and beyond. Big Rock owns and operates the farm. Prior to shifting his focus to cannabis full time in 2020, he was founder and partner at ARTIS Ventures, a venture capital firm specializing in financing early-to late-stage investments in dynamic companies. Mike holds a BA from Washington & Lee University and an MS from the FW Olin School of Business at Babson College. Joyce Cenali COO Joyce Cenali is an accomplished sales, operations, and business development executive with extensive experience in the cannabis industry. A long-time California craft cannabis cultivator and operator, Joyce now serves as Sonoma Hills Farm’s chief operating officer. Prior, she co-founded an Emerald Cup winning operation out of the Sierra region. Joyce is also COO and partner at Big Rock Partners, a San Francisco-based strategic advisory firm serving the cannabis space, and owner and operator of SHF. A leading LGBT businesswoman, she was recognized by San Francisco Business Times as a Most Influential Woman in Bay Area Business for 2020. She holds a BA from Smith College. Aaron Keefer VP OF CANNABIS CULTIVATION & PRODUCTION Aaron Keefer joined Sonoma Hills Farm full time in early 2020 after years of consulting with the team. While his love of food and obsession with gardening blossomed during his decade as lead gardener at The French Laundry, Aaron saw his extensive plant knowledge as a stepping stone in a path to cultivate his other favorite flora: cannabis. In the restaurant world Keefer built a name as one of the most respected gardeners in the industry, and he aspires to build the same reputation in cannabis with sustainability as his core focus. Aaron is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America.

The Team Sam Magruder FOUNDING PARTNER Sam Magruder is a leader in cannabis cultivation, operations and real estate. As a co- founder of SHF, Sam was instrumental in obtaining our one-acre permit, a notable accomplishment in Sonoma County. He has more than 20 years of experience cultivating sustainable, high quality cannabis in outdoor, mixed light and indoor environments. Separate from his cannabis experience, Sam was previously a residential real estate and land developer. He holds a BS from Humboldt State University. Suzi Kissinger CHIEF EXPERIENCES OFFICER Suzi Kissinger has spent her career in the event production and immersive hospitality space. Prior to Sonoma Hills Farm, Suzi was the director of operations at large retail outlets and notable San Francisco restaurants. Separately, she is owner of 1:3:5 Productions, which offers luxury, urban yoga adventures. She is also a board member of the Cashmere Foundation, dedicated to rethinking personalized healthcare, and previously worked on the policy for the California Cottage Food Act. She holds a BS from Long Beach State and is a graduate of the California Culinary Academy, Le Cordon Bleu. Penelope Turnbow GENERAL COUNSEL Penelope Y. Turnbow is an accomplished business attorney with a global network of law firms, accounting firms, tax advisers, risk management specialists and bankers which she relies on to deliver expert advice to the team. With deep experience in all aspects of corporate, international, M&A and securities law, her career began in corporate America, including at FedEx and Thomas & Betts Corporation (now, ABB), a global manufacturer. She is the owner and chief legal & compliance officer of Capital Markets IQ, LLC (CMIQ), an SEC-registered investment advisor managing over $200 million of assets. Penelope received a Bachelor of Business Administration, cum laude, in economics and finance, MBA, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Memphis.





Jake Daigle FARM SUPERVISOR Jake Daigle brings a wealth of knowledge and deep ties in the organic farming community of Sonoma and Marin Counties. A rising star in cannabis, Jake supervises the operations involved in cultivating our crops and managing the land. Mentored by organic farming pioneer, author and educator Wendy Johnson, Jake holds an AS degree from the College of Marin in environmental landscape and design with a focus in organic farming. He has worked closely with First Peoples in a partnership with The Cultural Conservancy. He has also completed a horticultural therapy certification program through The Institute of Horticultural Therapy, Colorado. John Ross Thomas CREATIVE DIRECTOR John (“Johnny”) Ross Thomas is a passionate and innovative creative director who has an eye for creating lifestyle and product content that brings a brand to life. He thrives in developing a compelling and relevant brand aesthetic for print, digital, and social media. With 10 years of experience executing elevated end-to-end creative direction and product design, he previously worked as a senior designer, stylist, and creative director for Goorin Bros. Johnny graduated with a BFA from University of South Alabama. Carm Lyman COMMUNICATIONS & MARKETING Carm Lyman has a decades-long career in communications and marketing. As principal of Lyman Agency, a boutique marketing agency that she founded in 2000, she specializes in both lifestyle and wellness, including cannabis. She’s a consultant for numerous cannabis startups from cultivation and manufacturing to tech and banking. She’s also a contributing writer for both Forbes and Thrive Global, and a trained crisis management expert. She holds a BS from SUNY Geneseo.

The Team Cael Davis ASSOCIATE COUNSEL Cael Davis has more than 25 years of experience serving both early stage and Fortune 500 companies. In 2003, he formed a practice specializing in formation, governance, financing, commercial transactions, IP counseling, and HR-related services necessary to start and scale enterprises. He has previously served as General Counsel at private companies as well as at prestigious law firms, including Quinn Emanuel LLP, Schiff Hardin, LLP, and Axiom Global. He holds a BA from Wake Forest University, and a JD from Stanford Law School. Sarah Poirier COMPLIANCE & INVENTORY MANAGER Sarah Poirier grew up working in the foodservice industry and has passionately followed the path ever since. Her drive for leadership landed her in executive management positions at companies such as FreshPoint, the nation’s largest produce distributor and a subsidiary of Sysco, and food-tech company, Sourcery. Her combined food and tech background and associated relationships brought Sarah to the Farm in 2020, where she lends an important hand. Sarah holds a BA from the University of Vermont. Eric Brook SALES & OPERATIONS MANAGER Eric Brook aids in operations, sales, business development, and financials at Sonoma Hills Farm. Eric is also an analyst at Big Rock Partners, a San Francisco-based strategic advisory firm serving the cannabis space, and owner and operator of SHF. He previously worked as a junior analyst at Ceres Group Holdings, a cannabis-focused venture fund based in Los Angeles. Prior, he worked in policy and finance for Democratic campaigns, including for Vice President-Elect Kamala Harris’s 2016 U.S. Senate campaign, as well as for cannabis legalization efforts nationwide. He has been a cannabis advocate since discovering the plant’s therapeutic benefits in treating his Crohn’s Disease. He holds a BA from Tufts University.
