About Us Thekwane Holdings is an innovative solutions-based company which specializes in providing unique services in the construction & engineering, property, plant hire and logistics sectors. Our services range from providing consultation on construction and engineering matters to providing full maintenance leasing on heavy duty vehicles. Thekwane Holdings is a 100% black owned entity established in 2008. Since establishment, the company has been under the ownership and management of a vastly experienced management team as well as a dynamic operations team. With a proven track record, Thekwane strives in all aspects of business to constantly serve the best interests of our clients. We are a black owned entity and subscribe to good corporate governance, citizenship and business ethics. Because our company offers a wide range of service offerings, Thekwane is operates under four main divisions, namely: Construction and engineering, logistics, plant hire, and pipelining. Each of these divisions consists of highly specialized teams and offers the highest level of project execution in their respective industries. Over the last decade we have successfully executed a great number of projects in these fields, from which we have garnered significant experience. We believe in building and fostering solid relationships with all our clients, in order to execute their projects more effectively. 3

Vision and Mission Vision The vision of Thekwane Pipelines Construction is to become the African Continent’s number one provider of infrastructure and logistical solutions; through the development and implementation of innovative technology, in order to address the industry needs of today and tomorrow! Mission Our goal is to create a solutions-based ecosystem within the pipeline construction industry, wherein our clients will receive reliable customized services for all their needs. Within it, we aim to also provide our services to our clients efficiently, uniquely and timeously. We also aim to develop and introduce innovative solutions using the most advanced technology and products in the world; so as to help catalyse South Africa’s infrastructure to become that of a first world country. 4

Divisions/Activities Thekwane Holdings operates and functions through 4 main divisions. Each division focuses on a specific type of service delivery, and is executed by teams of specialists in each respective division. The divisions are as follows: Construction and Engineering We provide comprehensive construction management services in the construction of roads, bridges and transport infrastructure. We are responsible for planning, investigations and design, tender documentation, evaluation of tenders, and technical support during the construction phase. We are also involved in the strengthening and widening of existing road structures rehabilitation as well as the design of road infrastructure projects. Logistics Under the Logistics division, we are focussed on freight and passenger transportation services We offer a complete, end-to- end, supply chain management solution. We also offer a full range of transportation logistics services which include road and rail transportation; and this is supported by an integrated management infrastructure. In addition, we have access to a network of buses and other transportation vehicles and have extensive experience in providing buses and drivers for similar contracts. 5

Pipelines Construction Thekwane Pipelines Construction is the pipeline construction division of Thekwane Holdings. We have been active in the pipeline construction sector for over a decade and we have garnered extensive experience in the field. We specialize in the employment of advanced technology, specialized teams and innovative techniques when executing our projects. Using our innovative methods, we constantly aim to reduce construction time, to increase quality of output, as well as to constantly improve the service life expectation for new, replaced and rehabilitated pipeline systems. Our scope of activities includes designing, supplying, horizontal drilling, constructing, and commissioning pipelines. Plant Hire We offer a fleet containing the most reliable and durable trucks and heavy duty vehicles in the industry. In order to initially serve the diverse requirements of our clients’ businesses, we have built up a wide ranging fleet of trucks and primary heavy duty vehicles. Our product line is primarily focussed on the vehicles in our main fleet; however we also have access to an unlimited variety of additional vehicles which may be required by our clients. Beyond the trucks in our primary fleet, we also have access to trucks that are up to 34 tons. 6
