3 Company Overview Everything BegiVn WISitIhOTNhe Starting from the vision to be a pioneer in the development of Cogeneration, Distributed Generation, and optimal Captive Power management in Indonesia, PT. Cogindo DayaBersama (Cogindo) was founded on April 15, 1998 and started operating to develop business in the field of Power Generation since August 1998. Now, we have focused on four core businesses, namely energy supply, O&M services, MRO and Stockiest Spare-parts. More than two decades, we have gained stronger to face various challenges in this industry, including the situation of the COVID-19 pandemic. We are committed to ensuring all operational and production activities run well by implementing policies imposed by the government to prioritize the health and safety of employees, business partners and other stakeholders. With all the challenges we faced, we are also optimistic to move forward by developing various existing business ventures. One of the things we strive for is by optimizing various power plants in the field of O&M Services (Operation Maintenance) for the Batakan Diesel Power Plant (PLTD) with a capacity of 45 MW in Balikpapan and PLTD Nusa Penida with a capacity of 10 MW operating in three Nusa Tenggara since 2009. In addition, we have also remained productive in conducting business activities of selling electricity and providing Maintenance Repair Overhaul (MRO) services which we have managed since 2012. This business sector does not only refer to the maintenance of assets and equipment, but also includes routine inspections, regular reporting by inspectors, system integration and review, as well as scheduled periodic maintenance to ensure the power plant remains up and running. Today, we have grown rapidly and spread almost throughout the Indonesian archipelago, and become one of the most trusted partner companies in the power generation industry. This success stories continue to grow with the existence of international cooperation, one of which is carried out with the state of Kuwait. These achievements are part of our hard work to expand our business internationally and realize our vision to become a reliable company in providing Integrated Energy Solutions Services in Asia. 12 PLTD TENAU Batakan - 2010 PLTD Batakan was one of the main assets owned by PT Cogindo DayaBersama which is focused on energy supply sector. It was built on July 1, 2008 and start to operate commercially (COD) on October 3, 2009 located in Manggar Village, East Balikpapan District, East Kalimantan Province with a total capable of 40 MW. After 11 years of operation, the Batakan PLTD was relocated to Tenau to support and supply the electricity system for the island of Timor, NTT. Currently, PLTD Tenau has a capacity of 5 x 8.9 MW with Marine Fuel Oil as fuel. PLTD NUSA PENIDA Nusa Lembongan BALI Nusa NUSA Ceningan PENIDA Cogindo supplies electricity to three Nusa in Mega Watt Bali, namely Nusa Penida, Nusa Lembongan and Nusa Ceningan through the 10 MW PLTD Nusa Penida. The Diesel Power Plant (PLTD) which has been operating since 29 August 2018 is the only source of electrical energy which supports electricity needs for business sectors, which is able to encourage economic growth and strengthen the electricity system in the three Nusa area.
