TTEENNNNIISS Meet Emily Hiepler, Tennis Professional Emily Hiepler will be joining us this January as a full-time Tennis Professional from Southern California! Emily is originally from Fort Lauderdale, Florida and started playing tennis at the age of four and followed that passion all the way to college where she played Division 1 tennis at Liberty University. After four years of tennis, she went on and used her 5th year of eligibility to run track. Upon completing college, she obtained her Master’s degree in Counseling and began working with children in a school setting. She has also been working at a country club in Ventura for the last three years and loves working with all ages! Her husband, Ryan, is an attorney who is working for a Fort Worth judge and also loves to play tennis. When she's not on the tennis court, you can find her meeting new friends, running on the trails, or finding fun new spots in Fort Worth. She is so excited to join the Ridglea family! This past August, Ridglea Country Club hosted our inaugural Summer Classic: Swings with Wings Tennis Tournament to raise funds for a local charity, A Wish With Wings. AWWW hit a record number of wishes this year, and we are so honored to be a part of this wonderful organization. On behalf of the Ridglea Country Club Charitable Foundation, we were able to present a $40,000 check to A Wish With Wings to benefit granting wishes for children with life-threatening medical conditions. She has extensive years in management where she has overseen multiple departments and facilities from nonprofit, for profit, private, public, and corporate. She has a true passion for leading and providing a great atmosphere for all. She is also certified in Titleist Performance Institute Level 1 and Level 2. In her free time, Courtney is very involved with her family’s active life. They enjoy going camping, hunting, family game nights, playing Top Golf, axe throwing, and driving through Jeep trails. Amy Luskey, Fitness Coordinator/Personal Trainer Amy has been a part of the Ridglea fitness team since 2000. She loves to help her clients develop their strength and conditioning goals. Amy is a registered Yoga Teacher and teaches at Ridglea. She has participated in over six triathlons, two half marathons and numerous 5 and 10K’s. Amy also loves to work on core strength and balance improvement! She believes that the key to a successful program is the partnership between trainer and client. In her spare time, Amy loves to read and spend time with her friends and family. Donna Kittrell, Personal Trainer Donna has been a running coach for over 20 years. Foam rolling for soft tissue relief and massages are also her expertise. She specializes in muscle balance, postural alignment and sports specific training. Donna believes that exercise is a great stress reliever, and it helps keep balance in your life. She feels blessed to be able to share her passion for fitness with others and help them achieve a healthier lifestyle. This last summer Donna ran Rim to Rim to Rim in the Grand Canyon in one day! Brian Westendorf, Personal Trainer Brian is a former record holder at The University of Texas Austin in the hammer throw. Brian is an Elite Provider in ART (Active Release Technique) and a Soft Tissue Specialist. Brian was also a Strength Coach at Country Day and has worked with many athletes. He is well studied in the science of strength training, conditioning, sport- specific training, and motor learning. He loves adapting his experience with athletics for individuals who love a healthy body and enjoy the dynamic experience of fitness training. Seany Cross, Personal Trainer Seany is the newest member of our team, but is not new to the industry. Seany has been training people from all walks of life, studying the human body and various forms of holistic healing for the last 18 years across multiple continents through his work experience here in America (Chicago, Miami, Dallas), in southeast Asia (Philippines), and Europe (Spain). On Seany’s off days, he spends majority of his time with his wife and two children looking for the next family adventure. Lauren Bennett, Personal Trainer 12 Lauren has been instructing the group exercise classes for Ridglea since December 2018 and shortly after, she began personal training. Lauren’s passion is to see her clients expand their options and opportunities because they made the choice to move more and make different lifestyle habits. Lauren is a wife and mom and loves to spend time having fun with her family. She also enjoys singing in her church band.
