HABITUATION\" ASPIRE is a curation of multiple globally recognized programs in the field of Sports, Performing & Fine Arts and Skills & Competencies. It is designed for nurturing aspirations, offering expert-level training and imparting skills to our students in a fast-transforming world. Through ASPIRE, we aim to discover the passion and intrinsic talent in our students, guiding and supporting them to acquire new skills through trained professionals and train them in delivering specific skill sets at global standards.

THE ASPIRE PROGRAM ‘EXCELLENCE The Aspire program is divided into 3 levels: IS NOT Level 1- Explore- At this exploratory stage, a plethora of Sports, Performing Arts & Skill based programs are offered within which SUCCESS, students can make choices based on their interest and passion. These BUT A programs are integrated into the day’s curriculum and facilitate students to develop new skills and competencies identifying their PERSISTENT strengths which they are most likely to develop and excel. PURSUIT OF Student: Coach ratio- 35:1 PERFECTION’ Level 2- Elevate - Once the students’ strengths and interests in a particular field are identified, they get an opportunity to further – DEBASHISH specialize in the program. The advanced level certified programs provide for expert coaching and guidance thereby preparing them to MRIDHA compete at Intra school, Inter school, Regional and National Level. Student: Coach ratio- 20:1 Level 3- Excel - At this stage of the program, students will get a personalized one-on-one training by world class professionals using highly advanced and progressive teaching techniques. This will enable students to compete on a global platform in their chosen field of interest and emerge successful. CFErOo'ms Dtheesk Dear Parents, We started one of our big school initiatives, ASPIRE in June this year. This is a unique program through which we help our students explore interests and guide them to hone new skills which enable them to embark on a journey of excellence within academics and beyond. Online schooling has changed many ideas about learning forever and we discovered ‘the next big transformation’ for students across our schools during this period. We realized that the role of the physical school needs to change so that schools become a place where students explore new skills, hone them with the appropriate guidance to elevate their abilities and excel in their chosen fields. FOOTBALL-BARCAACADEMY EXPLORE Term 1 saw students coming in huge numbers to opt for the explore program, an average of 35 students per grade. The main focus during the School program session is: Technical training Agility training Speed training Quick-Feet training BARÇA ACADEMY IS THE OFFICIAL FC BARCELONA FOOTBALL SCHOOL, WHICH PROVIDES AN EXCLUSIVE OPPORTUNITY FOR PLAYERS IN THE AGE GROUP OF 5- 17 YEARS TO LEARN THE METHODOLOGY AND VALUES OF THE UNMATCHED BARÇA STYLE AND PHILOSOPHY. ELEVATE Elevate level aligns with the GOAL program and the main focus is on Barca Methodology Tactical training Understanding Barca style of play Understanding Barca values We received an overwhelming response to the program so much so that further enrollments had to be restricted. The elevate students received the BARCA jerseys and stockings as part of the registration kit .Football coaching acts as a preparatory school for life & leadership skills. It instils discipline in the students and invokes split-second decision-making skills. It cultivates a self-directed experiential learning style in players.

FOOTBALL-BARCAACADEMY COMPETITIONS SCHEDULED FOR TERM 2 FOR ELEVATE STUDENTS BARCA Academy proposes to arrange practice matches for the Elevate students in November and December. The practice matches and tournaments with other schools and academies will give exposure to the students for different competitions. Students are being prepped to be a part of the school football team for participation in the Inter School Competitions which are proposed in December and January.

BASKETBALL-NBABASKETBALLSCHOOL EXPLORE Explore predominantly focuses on learning the basics of the sport with the key ingredient being fun. Term 1 saw a huge influx of students opting for basketball in the explore program, an average of 30 students per grade. The explore program aligns with the grassroot module of NBA basketball school's curriculum. NBA BASKETBALL SCHOOLS ARE A NETWORK OF BASKETBALL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS AROUND THE WORLD OPEN TO INTERNATIONAL MALE AND FEMALE PLAYERS AGES 6-18. NBA BASKETBALL SCHOOLS ARE UNIQUE IN THEIR APPROACH BASED ON \"THE NBA‐WAY\" OF DEVELOPING BASKETBALL TALENT WHICH INCLUDES AN EXPLOSIVE AND ATHLETIC TYPE OF BASKETBALL EXPERIENCE ALONG WITH THE PROMOTION OF POSITIVE NBA VALUES OF INTEGRITY, TEAMWORK, RESPECT, AND INNOVATION. ELEVATE Elevate aligns with the developmental module of NBA basketball school's curriculum. Here the focus has been on developing the group / team skills along with the individual technical proficiency. NBA Basketball School started the elevate programme operations with the aim to provide the best talented students in Euroschools advanced level training as per the NBA Global curriculum & a platform for progression.

BASKETBALL-NBABASKETBALLSCHOOL COMPETITIONS SCHEDULED FOR TERM 2 FOR ELEVATE STUDENTS NBA Basketball School proposes to create an tournament property - Champions of elevate which will be exclusive to the students of the elevate programme. The idea is to provide students with an opportunity to compete with students from other Elevate programmes in their respective cities. This will help us to create an competitive atmosphere overall in the programme & an event for the students to look forward to at the end of every term. This will also provide a platform for the NBA BS technical team to identify the top talents for further progression. Proposed Date: Last week of November

TAEKWONDO-TAEKWONDOASSOCIATIONOF KARNATAKA EXPLORE Taekwondo is a popular sport among the EuroSchoolers and the explore sessions began with lot of enthusiasm and anticipation after a long break due to the Pandemic. Explore sessions focus on the basic training and aim to develop agility and flexibility among the students. TAEKWONDO ASSOCIATION OF KARNATAKA (TAK) IS AFFILIATED TO TAEKWON- DO ASSOCIATION OF INDIA (TAI) WHICH IN TURN IS AFFILIATED WITH INTERNATIONAL TAEKWONDO FEDERATION (ITF). TAEKWONDO MARTIAL IS RECOGNIZED AS ONE OF THE EMINENT SPORTS BY MINISTRY OF SPORTS, GOVERNMENT OF INDIA AND GOVERNMENT OF KARNATAKA IN PARTICULAR. ELEVATE Taekwondo Elevate sessions are more focused around making students competition ready. Students have been given regular exposure to events and tournaments. A training camp was also scheduled for the Elevate students. The highlights of the program are: 1] focusing on students body mind co-ordination. 2] developing strength and flexibility. 3] developing will power and strength. 4] developing students focus and concentration. 5] developing immunity. 6] developing leadership ability 7] preparation for basic level competition participation. 8] International standard training is given to every student.

SKATING-BRUNDAVANROLLERSKATINGCLUB EXPLORE Skating is an intense, popular sport that requires agility, balance and coordination. The game is well suited to children and adults alike. The explore level focuses on the basics of body balance and coordination. ELEVATE Skating Elevate sessions cement the basic foundation by concentrating on the techniques and nuances of the game. . Progressively, more complex techniques of jogging, jumping and body movement when skating re taught. Practice sessions, corrections through timely feedback are a key aspect of the program. INFRASTRUCTURE UPDATE A well maintained skating rink where 25 - 30 students can train simultaneously.

It is designed to suit all categories of students. ELEVATE Tennis Elevate sessions are more focused around providing technical know how about the game and make them competition ready. The Tennis Elevate Program has received an overwhelming response from the students and parents alike. The registrations had to be stopped in order to ensure a healthy student coach ratio and individual attention. INFRASTRUCTURE UPDATE A well equipped tennis court with the requisite number of variety of tennis balls (soft balls, hard balls, colour balls etc to provide the right kind of training.

CHESS-SCHOOLEXPERT EXPLORE Chess is a terrific way for kids to build self image and self esteem. A popular board game among the EuroSchoolers , the Chess program is handled by our expert School Coach Mr. Ajay R. The explore sessions began under his expertise and methodical training. The coach makes use of smart boards to show chess matches and explain the moves and techniques of the game. ELEVATE Chess Elevate sessions are more focused around providing technical nuances and developing expertise in the game through friendly matches with the peers and the coach as well. Coach analyzes the games played and gives appropriate feedback. Students are encouraged to play training games (both online and offline formats) . INFRASTRUCTURE UPDATE Explore sessions are carried out in a designated open space with proper seating arrangement. A smart board equipped classroom has been allotted for the Elevate sessions.

MUSIC-TORRINS EXPLORE Newly setup Music rooms have changed the face of the Music Instrumental and the Vocal classes. Students do not have to carry their own instruments. The explore sessions see children enjoying the classes to the core. TORRINS IS A US-BASED MUSIC COMPANY HAS INTRODUCED A NOVEL MUSIC EDUCATION PROGRAM IN INDIA THAT IS CUSTOM DEVELOPED FOR SCHOOLS. IT IS OPERATING ON A PAN INDIA BASIS WITH NEW SCHOOLS GETTING ASSOCIATED WITH THEM EVERY MONTH. ELEVATE The elevate program started for Guitar, Drums, Vocals and Keyboard, with more than 50 students. The main focus of this program was to enhance the music skills of students, by not only providing them with the required knowledge but also training them to play along with a band and in arge groups which helps in synchronisation.

MUSIC-TORRINS INFRASTURUCTURE UPDATE There are 3 music rooms and are equipped with 40+ guitars 24 Keyboards 2 Drums Kits and 20 Practice drum pads. The music rooms are done up beautifully to create the right ambience and feel.

The students secured 1st place in both the events. WESTERNDANCE-THEDANCEWORX EXPLORE The Western Dance program at the Explore level focuses on the basics of the art. The coach creates interest for this genre and hones the innate talents of the students by allowing them to enjoy as well as flourish in the art. THE DANCEWORX PERFORMING ARTS ACADEMY – A PROVEN ORGANISATION WITH OVER 23 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN PROFESSIONAL SYLLABUS-BASED DANCE TRAINING. OVER THE LAST TWO DECADES THE COMPANY BOASTS OF ALUMNI WHO HAVE RECEIVED SCHOLARSHIPS TO UNIVERSITIES ABROAD IN VARIED SUBJECTS, THROUGH THEIR DANCE EDUCATION THUS OPENING UP AVENUES FOR YOUNG ONES ACROSS DIFFERENT VOCATIONS. ELEVATE Dance Elevate sessions follow the PDCP i.e. Professional Dance Certificate Program by The DanceWorX. It is an International module intensive course which helps young aspiring dancers develop a professional mind-set that helps them establish dance as a viable and sustainable career.

SPEECH&DRAMA-HELENO'GRADYINTERNATIONAL EXPLORE The Speech & Drama program at the Explore level aims to make all learning fun, empower students with potential, unveil creativity & imagination, develop 21st century skills like communication, collaboration, critical thinking & problem solving- all through the medium of Developmental Drama! HELEN O'GRADY INTERNATIONAL HAS A COMMUNITY OF OVER 100,000 HAPPY & POSITIVE STUDENTS, BEING PUSHED BY THEIR DRAMA MENTORS TO TAKE THEIR MINDS TO NEW WORLDS, HELP BUILD STORIES, AMPLIFY AWARENESS, DEVELOP EMPATHY & LEARN COLLABORATION AND TEAMWORK. ELEVATE From August 2022, Helen Grady International embarked on a journey to turn the dream of Lighthouse group into a reality. The dream to bring to the students, world class education from the moment they step into Euro Schools. We tapped into the desire of these students to excel in the drama called life. We conducted Role Plays, Theatre Games, with team building and collaboration as direct objectives. All the Elevate club students have proudly worked on every aspect of the Play – performed as a class presentation. They learnt the finer nuances of Theatre like script writing, character building, music, lighting, props, backdrops and so much more. The students have been actively involved in developing their characters which gives them an insight into personalities and how people react and the confidence to handle complex situations.

SPEECH&DRAMA-HELENO'GRADYINTERNATIONAL INFRASTRUCTURE UPDATE A separate Drama Room for the students. It is a vast magical space that turns into haunted castles, gardens and discreet places every elevate club class!! A GLIMPSE OF CHILDREN ENJOYING THE PROGRAM RIDING THE BROOM !! THE WIZARDING SCHOOL NEEDS SERIOUS CONCENTRATION!! FALLING OFF DURING THE FIGHT!! YESSSS WE HAVE WON OVER EVIL !!

SPEECH&DRAMA-HELENO'GRADYINTERNATIONAL EVENTS AND COMPETITIONS IN TERM 1 The little drama kings and queens had put up their class presentation on 19 October 2022. The elevate students did not do a regular play by just learning their lines, but also added their own lines, planned the props, designed the backdrop, planned their costumes, had inputs for the music to be used and where. As a result, the students got the exposure to not only being in front of the stage, but also understand the entire process of doing a performance. The students won the 1st runner up position in the Mime Act competition at the ExpresS 2022 hosted by EuroSchool Whitefield.

SPEECH&DRAMA-HELENO'GRADYINTERNATIONAL ACTIVITIES AND COMPETITIONS SCHEDULED FOR TERM 2 In Term 2, the elevate students will perform another class presentation based on a very special theatre technique of Verbal Dynamics. They will also start story building exercises. They will work on movement skills that define their persona and speech segments that will refine their speech further.

ROBOTICS&AI-LOGIQIDS ELEVATE As part of the Robotics & AI Elevate Program, the students will built multiple projects by the end of the course including a few related to home automation. The students will attempt tests at regular intervals which will help the teachers gauge their performance and areas where they need help. The students have started learning Introduction to Arduino and Fundamentals of Electronics and Understanding Circuits and Connections using the Arduino kit provided as a part of the program.

ARTS&CRAFTS-SCHOOLEXPERTS EXPLORE The Arts & Crafts program at the Explore level is effectively managed by Mr. Kiran M for Grades 1 to 5 and Mr. Gurunath Govankoppa for Grades 6 to 10 The Program centres around the basics with a well curated and graded curriculum for all age groups. Various activities are conducted from time to time to keep the students engaged and motivated.

P.E/P.T.-SPORTZVILLAGE EXPLORE The P.E./P.T. program at the Explore level is pillared on improving the health and fitness of children and getting everyone to experience the magic of sports.
