Headed by the Project Ignite team, subject matter experts together with Warehouse Models Senior Manager Aya Flores and Logistics Process Associate Manager Fayery Tabaco, this activity focused on the unveiling of the new process along with a discussion on the concerns and clarifications from Warehouse Operations. Attendees from the Mindanao Logistics Region team and MOP team actively participated and gave meaningful insights into the project.
