หลักการใช้ Verb to do คือ ประธานเอกพจน์ ใช้ does ประธานพหพู จนใ์ ช้ do ประธาน He , She , It , a cat , ชือ่ คนคนเดียว สัตว์ตัวเดยี ว และ ใช้ Does เอกพจน์ สง่ิ ของอนั เดยี วทีก่ ล่าวถงึ ประธานพหุ I , You , We , They , two cat , ช่อื คนหลายคน สตั ว์ ใช้ Do พจน์ หลายตวั สงิ่ ของหลายอย่างท่ถี กู กล่าวถึง จริงๆแล้วคาวา่ does คอื การเติม s ที่ทา้ ยคาวา่ do แตไ่ ม่ได้เติม s เฉยๆ แต่ เป็นการเติม es ตามหลักการทางภาษา การยอ่ รูปปกติจะยอ่ รปู ประโยคปฏิเสธเท่านน้ั do not = don’t ดู น็อท = โดนท does not = doesn’t ดัสนอ็ ท = ดัสเซินท 1. ประโยคบอกเลา่ ( ประธาน + do, does) แปลว่า ทา จะทาอะไรบา้ งน้นั ดจู าก ตวั อย่างเลย You do the laundry everyday. คณุ ซกั ผ้าทุกวนั We do the washing after dinner. พวกเราล้างจานหลังอาหารเยน็ He does homework in the evening. เขาทาการบา้ นในตอนเย็น My mom does housework everyday. แม่ของฉันทางานบา้ นทุกวนั 2. ประโยคปฏเิ สธ ( ประธาน + do + not / does + not ใช้เป็นคาปฏเิ สธ ) แปลวา่ ไม.่ . I don’t know.ผมไม่รู้ He doesn’t love you. เขาไม่รักคณุ You don’t drink coffee in the morning. คุณไม่ด่มื กาแฟในตอนเชา้ We don’t go to school everyday. พวกเราไม่ไปโรงเรยี นทกุ วัน

3. ประโยคคาถาม Yes / No Question การทาประโยคคาถามใหเ้ อา Do , Does มาวางไว้หน้าประโยค ตามหลกั ทวี่ า่ การสร้างประโยคบอกเล่าเป็นคาถามนนั้ ถ้าไมก่ รยิ าช่วย (is, am, are/ can/ should/ must) ในประโยค ใหเ้ อา Verb to do มาใชแ้ ทน ประโยคคาถามแบง่ ออกเปน็ สองประเด็นคอื ถามในรปู แบบบอกเลา่ และถาม รปู แบบปฏเิ สธ 1. การถามในรูปแบบบอกเล่า Do you go go to school by car. คณุ ไปโรงเรียนโดยรถยนตใ์ ช่ไหม Yes, I do. / No, I don’t. ใช่ / ไมใ่ ช่ Does he come from China.? เขามาจากจีนใช่ไหม Yes, he does. No, he doesn’t.ใช่ / ไม่ใช่ Don’t they sell fruit? พวกเขาไม่ไดข้ ายผลไมใ้ ช่ไหม Yes, they do. / No, they don’t. ใช่ / ไม่ใช่ 2. การถามในรูปแบบปฏเิ สธ Don’t you go go to school by car? คณุ ไปโรงเรียนโดยรถยนตใ์ ช่ไหม Yes, I do. / No, I don’t. ใช่ / ไมใ่ ช่ Doesn’t he come from China.? เขามาจากจนี ใช่ไหม Yes, he does. No, he doesn’t.ใช่ / ไม่ใช่ Don’t they sell fruit? พวกเขาไม่ได้ขายผลไมใ้ ชไ่ หม Yes, they do. / No, they don’t. ใช่ / ไมใ่ ช่

Suda has breakfast. Exercise 3: Change these sentences into Questions, Yes/No Questions ( เปลยี่ นประโยคบอกเล่าเป็นประโยคคาถาม ) 1. He wants a new book. 2. We go home late. 3. Sam walks to school. 4. I go to school every day. 5. Suda reads cartoon book.
