Introduction The website procedures written in this eBook are the following: 1. Adding a new vacancy position 2. Edit a job post 3. View applications 4. Change the global email address (where the applications will be sent)
Visit the editable website Go to the browser: https://www.newchangegroup.com/wp-admin The login window window will appear. Type the username and password.
Procedure 1 ADDING A NEW VACANCY POSITION 1. Go to “Jobs” • Employment type (recommended) 2. Select “Add new position” and • Beginning of employment (optional) • Duration of employment (optional) add the following elds: • Industry (optional) • Job location (required) • Title • Working hours (optional) • Position title (same as title in No. 1 above) • Base salary (recommended) • Description • Valid through (recommended) • Responsibilities • Quali cations 3. At the upper right-hand corner, • Job bene ts (if any) press “Preview” or “Publish” • Hiring organization if if if

Procedure 2 EDIT A JOB POST 1. Go to “Jobs.” 5. The job post visibility may be changed to “Public,” “Password 2. Select the position to be Protected” (not recommended), edited, or drag the pointer on or “Private” (to make it unseen the position title and select by the applicants). “Edit.” 3. Do the editing. 4. The job post status may be changed to “Published,” “Pending Review”, or “Daft.”
Procedure 3 VIEW THE APPLICATIONS To view the applications, visit the global email address where the applications are expected to be sent. Currently, it’s [email protected] or go to Jobs | Job entries.
Procedure 4 CHANGE THE GLOBAL EMAIL ADDRESS To change the global email address, go to Jobs | Settings | Global Options and change the “Default email.” Note that the company IT guy is the only authorized person to perform this task at the moment.
