NET ZERO HOME 1,936 ft2 ERIKA WILSON– ARE 1600 Street View Basement This project explored the design and functionality of creating a net zero home. Features of this home include 20 solar panels and a 30% window to wall ratio on the South side. Taking cues from the subdivision of the Grand View Heights area this home is a craftsman style build. However, to create a design that stood out, wood accents are black rather than a brown or white giving the home a more modern feel. Stone is a white leuder and siding is a painted engineered wood. This single-family home is 1,936 sqft and features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a 2-car garage and an unfinished basement. Floor Plan 1/8” = 1’ scale Summer Solar Winter Solar Main Level Upper Level
