LARAMIE STATION THEATER AN ALL PURPOSE VENUE LOCATED IN DOWNTOWN LARAMIE, WY. THIS VENUE DISPLAYS A VARIETY OF SPACES INCLUDING AN UPPER LEVEL CAFÉ, LARGE OUTDOOR PATIO, VIEWING DECK, AND 2 ENTERTAINMENT AREAS. THE SUBTLE INDUSTRAIL LOOK PLACES THIS THEATER APPROPRIATELY NEXT TO THE RAILROAD THAT LARAMIE IS KNOWN FOR, AS IT SOON WILL BE FOR ITS ENTERTAINMENT. The Fusion Performance Venue is located in Laramie, Wyoming just North of a local park. The venue contains three different stage spaces including an intimate per- formance space, a café, and an outdoor patio. The skeleton of the building con- sists of steel members, and is wrapped up in unique, metal cladding.

THEATER COMPANY & CAFÉ ON GARDZELEWSKI | ARE 3600 DESIGN 3 | DESIGN DAY FALL 2020 Project Statement Located in downtown Laramie, Wyoming, the Steel City Theater Company provides a modern venue to host community events and concerts. In the theater there is a large dance floor perfect for swing dancing and can be converted into a comfortable seated space. Attached to this stylish theater is a relaxed café, with an outdoor covered patio. This is a unique space to the expanding community, providing a retreat for both introverts and extroverts.

Structural Rendering On the Tracks Café and Music Hall is a Stage Structure Venue Line of Sight new music venue for downtown Laramie. The Venue has a total of 2765 square feet with 2765 square feet going to a Café on the south side of the building and a Mu- sic Venue with 5335 square feet on the northside of the building. The overall ma- terials for the build is a steel frame with bricks, white concrete, and metal siding. Site Plan

:| Project Description Elias Rhoads 1 The Laramie Concert Hall will be a versatile building, Jon Gardzelewski providing entertainment in various ways for the local people 11/19/2020 of Laramie, WY. This Hall will feature a main venue space accompanied with restrooms and refreshment areas. Along with this, the hall will feature a separate cafe with an open kitchen and live performances on the second smaller stage. A private greenroom space and restroom will be provided to visiting performs and cast.
