EOY Checklist ● Remember to shutdown ALL computers before leaving for the summer! ● Store all important files from your C:Drive and Desktop to your H:Drive! All files not on the H:Drive will be deleted over the summer. ○ Make sure your computer area is accessible for technicians. ● Change your password BEFORE leaving school! If it expires during the summer, you will need to go to the technology office to fix it, or use the Self Service Portal.. ○ {To change your password, just hold down Ctrl + Alt + Delete while logged into your computer and choose Change Password from the list of options.} To avoid this issue completely, be sure you have signed up for the Self Service Portal where you can change your password from anywhere at anytime. Directions for doing so can be found HERE.

EOY Checklist ● Ipads need to be turned into Ashlie Metcalf. ○ You will also need to turn in all of your iPad power cords and chargers with your iPads. ○ If you have a designated Teacher Ipad PLEASE Label that for me. Technology needs to know. ○ Ashlie will be available to pick up your iPads on May 24th. EOY - Summer School Checklist ● Remember Summer School will be using our campus and classrooms! Make sure to do these things BEFORE leaving for Summer! 1. Turn in All Webcams and Headphones 2. Leave all Document Cameras and Remotes somewhere the SS teacher will be able to find them! Check to see if they are labeled. If they are not, make sure to let Kimberly Rife know. 3. Make sure all Laptop Cows are plugged in AND organized. Please make sure you have ALL laptops in your Cows before leaving for Summer. Math Teachers: Collect all Calculators in a container and be prepared to turn them into Kimberly Rife and Emily Feagan before the end of the year.

Password resets should be turned off over the summer and will turn back on in August.

End of Semester Reminders: ● 5 Days After school is out, all courses will be Archived! ● Anything not in your resources will be archived! To refresh how to save materials from courses to resources, watch THIS video. ● Review the CSISD Schoology Expectations to help guide you on registering for any professional learning sessions you might want/need to attend! ● Email Kimberly Rife if you would like your classes merged at the start of next year (YOU can link them yourself!)
