#2: Your Course Profile Picture Add a Course Profile Picture that shows: 1. Your Name (if co-teach, can add both teacher’s names!) 2. Your Course Name You can make this in Google Slides, Canva, etc., then download as image or use snipping tool (then upload to Schoology) 23 Need a template? Click HERE!

#3: Your Courses Remember… you do not need to create your own courses and enroll your students in Schoology. This will happen automatically! *Exception: Teachers that engage with students that are not assigned to a course in TAC (EX: Enrichment Specialists) ▪ Live Courses will populate (from TAC) on August 10th. ▫ Student Enrollment will NOT be considered final at this time; DO NOT contact your counselors/admin about student enrollment. ▫ If by August 11th you aren’t seeing your courses show up in Schoology, submit an Eduphoria Helpdesk Ticket. ▪ Your courses in Schoology should match your courses in eSchool (TAC). ▫ If they do not match, please submit an Eduphoria Helpdesk Ticket. 24

#4: Linking your Courses Do you teach the same thing to more than one class? This means you only need to create materials and set up your gradebook once, even when you teach multiple sections of the same course. Linked sections also have toggles you can use to switch between each section instantly, so you can keep the sections separate while enjoying a more streamlined workflow. Click here to see how to link your sections! Can’t link your sections for some reason? Please submit an Eduphoria Helpdesk Ticket.
